  • Sakurapaw murmured something in her sleep as she shifted slightly with Sasori's Puppets. Her tail wrapped around him and she wriggled in closer to him. His body was so warm, so soft, it was lovely to sleep up against him, it had felt so right.
Slowly, Sakurapaw began to slip into a beautiful dream. She was standing under a pathway of large cheery blossom trees, lively lush grass under her soft red paws. The wind blew lightly, tugging at the pink petals of the cherry blossoms. Soon it began to snow down the pink petals, and the wind began to carry a familiar scent. Her green eyes looked in front of her, down the path of pink trees she could see a red cat. He was waiting for her, looking over his shoulder. She began to run towards him, as she came closer she could feel her heart flutter.

Redpaw shook his head, trying to regain his thoughts. He let his gaze scan the clan until he found the familiar white fur of his mentor. Well it was about time. The ginger tom stalked over angrily, he had been kept waiting long enough. "Sugar," He mewed in a clearly annoyed tone, he needed to get out of camp. "Can we go training now."

  • The wind rustled the trees outside of the dream world slightly as Sasori's Puppets actually let out a small purr in his sleep, for some reason he was just content and he wasn't having a nightmare. It was actually a gentle dream, he was in a clearing as birds flew above him. It was like it was freedom for him or something, what he couldn't understand. Was it that he was set free from his emotional numbing or did he become clear on something? He couldn't really decide as this lovely dream began to fade from him lightly. It more then likely meant nothing to him at all. Waking up lightly with a yawn, however aware of Sakurapaw's presences he didn't stir that much. Actually, he just watched her sleep.

  • "Sugar will go train Redpaw-chan" the white tom meowed to the ginger tom, but then a grin formed on his face "But only if Redpaw-chan can catch Sugar" he added before dashing out of camp.

  • Outside of her dream world, Sakurapaw let out a warm purr, rubbing her head on Sasori's Puppets rump. She couldn't have been happier if she wanted to. She had everything she ever wanted right here with her now.
Back inside her dream, the red tabby was able to pick out the cat who was waiting for her. Sasori's Puppets. She purred as she approached him, rubbing her head against him. She could feel him leave a soft lick on her forehead. Everything about this dream felt so right in every way. She didn't want it to end but all so suddenly everything around her turned black.
As she began to stir, her eye lids still felt heavy. It felt as if she had slept the entire day away but it sadly had only been a few moments. Her body was sore as she let out a soft groan in protest to her body's internal clock. She began to shift a little when she realized she was pressed against something soft and warm. She froze up for a few moments before realizing where she was. She was happy with her memories, with being curled up next to the clans deputy. This evening couldn't get any better for her.

Hearing Sugar say he would train him, Redpaw couldn't help but let a sigh of relief escape him. "Finally." He mumbled to himself. The red tom had grown impatient with all this waiting around. He began to softly pad out of camp when he noticed the grin he was receiving. Oh great, what now? he thought.
Redpaw was in utter disbelief at the white cats request. "You have got to be kidding me?" He mewed. He still had the same, emotionless face her always carried. Not faltering to show his annoyance even once. He had almost snapped when Sugar raced out of the camp. Great, just great. He gave a snorted sigh before slowly following after. Once he had made his way outside of the camp he picked up his pace. The ginger tabby trotted after the scent Sugar left behind.

  • Sasori's Puppets was lost in his thoughts before he heard the purring and then felt her head rub against his hip/rump. Then a few moments later she awoke, all while he watched her. "Your awake." He commented, stating the obvious before he licked her head gently. "Get more sleep if you want to, you need it." He added softly, she needed as much sleep as she could get since she was so tired and would be training tomorrow. The red tabby however didn't know that Redpaw was going to talk to Sakurapaw about all of this.

[Want him to walk in on that conversation? He'll be dumbstruck, XD]

  • For awhile, Sugar kept on running forward, further into the misty forest, luckily for the white tom, he knew the forest like the back of his paw. When Sugar worked out that he was far enough from camp, he started to place his scent all around this one small area of the territory. This would test Redpaw's tracking skills, whether the red apprentice works it out or not, it really didn't matter. After doing a few loops out of the small area, the white warrior headed out east, where the mist seems thickest.

  • (Mind if Virtue joins in this drama? She's not really doing anything ._.)

ForgottenVirtue returned from camp with 3 voles and a plump mouse, placing them down in the fresh kill pile.

(Muse for this character has totally died e-e)

  • On phone, not much morning muse :/ and that's fine by me! It would be interesting xD

Sakurapaw yawned and nodded. Not quiet ready to start working her mouth as much as talking up a reply. She pushed herself up against him, enjoying the heat she was getting from his body. She closed her sleep heavy eyes and tryed to fall back into sleep, but her body wouldn't let her. Maybe it was hunger, or just her internal clock, but the tiredly weak she-cat couldn't slip away.

As redraw rounded on a large scent track from Sugar he got a little confused. He didn't think the white Tom was smart enough to do this. He walked around the edge of it, encircling the entire scent marks. There was only two trails leading to the tangled scents. One leaving, and one entering. He followed down the trail to the east, the way in which he had not come. This time however, he picked up more speed. He didn't want to leave his mentor waiting in him now.

  • (Thanks xD)

ForgottenVirtue lifted her head from her grooming session, twitching her arced whiskers with a yawn. The sandy tabby got to her feet, she was absolutely knackered after her hunting, and one of her paw pads had cracked on a stone in the process. Virtue waved her snake-like tail and made her way over to the warriors den, dipping her head in through the small opening.
What met her eyes made her stop dead in her tracks, and she let out a small, squeaky gasp, "Sasori's Puppets? S-Sakurapaw? Wh-what's going on?" The warrior stammered, her amber gaze flickered from apprentice to mentor, no, deputy.
Virtue's eyes narrowed. Her once honey soft eyes, now fiery as she glared accusingly at Sasori's Puppets.

(Yay, some sort of muse :I)

  • His whiskers twitched in amusement as she pushed herself against him before trying to slip back into sleep. Sasori's Puppets soon followed after her as he closed his eyes to get back to dozing. That was until ForgottenVirtue and walked into the den. He waited for her to say something, which she did, before even blinking open his eyes. Staring at her for a second, he sighed. "Sakurapaw was having difficulty sleeping so I thought i'd offer her to sleep with me if she wanted, hoping she would be able to sleep better." He answered, he had offered her nest to her for completely other reasons so that was partially a lie but it sounded as true as ever. "Besides, she was up hunting early and is exhausted, I myself should be resting because I popped my leg out of it's socket yesterday." He added with a yawn.

  • ForgottenVirtue opened her mouth to argue, before closing it with a huff. His argument seemed pretty plausible, but the warrior was still suspicious.
"Fine." The slender tabby meowed, a hint of venom in her voice, before pushing the rest of her frame though the entrance. Virtue made her way swiftly to her nest, settling down with her tail curled neatly over her flank and her head on her paws. She cast a final glance over to the two sharing a nest, before closing her eyes with a sigh.

  • Sugar knew that the scent area would get the apprentice a bit confuse, thus leaving him to place the next test, but usually he would of climbed up a tree and tried to run across the territory that way, but he doubted Redpaw being able to climb them himself, it would be bad if the red apprentice fell and broke something or worse killed himself.
The white tom stopped by a stream, it wasn't very big for this time of season, but it was big enough to go up halfway of his legs. He stepped down into the water and walked with the current, but he did leave some of his white fur there.

  • Cotton was just laying just out of the medicine den, going through her memory of herbs, and what else she would need to teach her apprentice.

  • Desertstrike parted her jaws to taste to crisp, morning air. Her pelt absorbed the daylight and released an enchanting glow. Her pale green eyes flickered with an unknown expression.

  • Sakurapaw had practically jumped out of her fur when she heard ForgottenVirtue's voice. She wasn't much of expecting anyone to come into the den during the day, but she couldn't blame them either. She slowly blinked open her green eyes and watched the two cats converse. She wasn't going to interrupt, but instead nodded her agreeing when need be. Settling her head back down, she shifted her eyes to cast a glance at ForgottenVirtue. The ginger she-cat didn't understand why two cats couldn't sleep together for comfort. Its not like they where breaking the warrior code or anything.
    [hr]
Redpaw followed his mentors scent until he reached a stream. No, this couldn't be right. Why in starclan's name would he go in the stream? He back tracked a few paces and looked for some sign that Sugar was only tricking him, but he couldn't find anything. His brown and red tinted eyes shifted back to the stream. That mouse-brained tom really did go in there didn't he? The emotionless red tom walked to the bedside of the river making a silent promise to himself that he would never again underestimate the mouse-brain again. Before slipping into the cold water he thought he would look around for more signs. He wasn't in the mood for getting wet.
It took the red tabby several moments to find a trace of the white fur known to be sugars. Great, just lovely. Now which way did he go? He looked up the stream then down the stream. His only chances of figuring it out was to look for more clues left behind. It was hard for him to do, and surly his mentor was far off by now, but he did find more spots with hidden white fur. Without getting the in the stream, the tom raced down the side of the stream bank.

  • Desertstrike heaved a steady sigh and bounded across the lush clearing to settle down under the shade of a hawthorn bush. Her steady gaze swept slowly across the meadow as she washed her ear thoroughly with her sleek, ebony paw.

  • With a small sigh, he wrapped his tail around Sakurapaw again. He kept his eyes locked on ForgottenVirtue, he still hadn't sorted out those feelings and yet here he was being accused of those feelings towards her. It was as if every notion he did he just got more and more confused though he surely didn't show it. The confusion started when Sakurapaw confessed her emotions, gotten even worse when he had the sudden, instinctive urge to jump after her which hurt him in the end. The confusion had literally hit the sky when he felt some strange feeling when he found Sakurapaw in the forest, exhausted and bringing back prey to camp. Though when he thought his mind couldn't handle anymore, the dream occurred in the field where he felt free of anything. Sasori's Puppets maintained a calm appearance but in his mind, he was screaming What in Dark Forests name is going on here?!
