One day the young tom was taking a walk down the street. Minding his own business and not messing with anyone. The day was a fine one, the breeze was blowing and the sun was shinning with very few clouds in the sky. Valiance was unaware that he was being followed by bad cats. He then heard paw steps and began to walk faster. The paw steps became louder and Valiance started to run. Pas thundered behind him and the tom ran as fast as he could, scared out of his wits. Then he came to a dead end. Slowly he turned around to see who was chasing him. It was five large male cats. They had scars with matted fur that seemed to not have been groomed for moons. "Wh-What do you want from me?!" Valiance cried. The largest cat out of the five sneered cruelly. "You're on our territory and will pay!" he spat and unsheathed his claws. Valiance whimpered as the big cats advanced on him. Their faces were cold and unforgiving. The young tom shrieked in fright as them pounced at him. They brutally beat the smaller tom until they got bored of him. Valiance coughed softly and was shaking all over. Long claw marks covered his body and face. He coughed more and blood came out. He was mentally scarred for life and wanted to go home but he couldn't. He was in too much pain to get up. Then suddenly a figure padded over to him. It was a golden tabby with soft lime-green eyes. "Don't worry I'll heal you, just relax," she whispered. Valiance twitched his ears and closed his eyes. His fur started to feel warm and soft. Valiance left out a soft sigh and opened his eyes. The golden tabby was gone and he looked around. He never thanked her and looked at the sky. A star in the sky was shining brightly and a smile formed on his face. From then on he knew that she would always be looking after him. As he grew older and wiser he decided to make a tribe. Valiance wanted to be close to the stars as possible and decided to live in the mountains... So this is how the Tribe of Soaring skies came to be.

1 Healer's word is law.
2 If the old Healer dies or retires the Healer to-be becomes the new one.
3 The new Healer to-be must be chosen by sunset.
4 A tom is allowed to only have ONE mate, same go for she-cats.
5 In order for two cats to be mates they must be married first.
6 Kits, Kit Mothers, and the Wise must be fed first.
7 If a kit is disfigured or disabled they will be taken to the top of a very high mountain. If they make it back to camp they may stay. BUT if they are helped then they and the cat(s) who helped them will be exiled.
8 You must help any cat that needs help if its an enemy, loner, rouge, etc.
9 A kit must be 8 moons in order to be a To-Be. Its rare to have a kit any younger than that to become one.
10 The Healer and Healer To-Be arent allowed to have mates.
