Emily's eyes widened and she exclaimed, "like a werewolf!?" When she saw Alex she frowned and asked, "did something hurt him? Was it an eraser?"

Bailey lightened up when she saw no threat in the kid. She looked to Alex and then saw how many people that she didn't recognize. "Who is everyone else?"

"That's Roman, that's...Okay, I still don't know them." Rider said.

Roman smiled and waved.

Toph glared. "so...we're taking in an erasor?" She asked.

"No. We're keeping one so it can't report on our location to the whitecoats. She says she doesn't know what she is, so we aren't sure what to do."

A grim look passed over Toph's face. "I know what we can do with her." She said, her evil grin and blank, fuzzy eyes gave her a haunting and somewhat creepy look.

"You look like you're going to kill her or something." Roman said steadily.

"Exactly." Toph said quietly, a murderous air in her tone.

"No!" Roman exclaimed.

"You couldn't possibly think a poor, blind little girl could kill an Erasor." Toph said.
