Nala
Nala ran up the stairs, exploring the new house. It was huge, like all the houses around here. She hopped onto the rail of the balcony, where she could see the open door that she had come in from. Her housefolk and other upwalkers were bringing in the soft things that she likes to sit on and the TV. Then they started bringing in boxes. She loved boxes. But these boxes already had stuff in them. She jumped down and ran back down the stairs. She walked outside and went into the yard. She climbed up the biggest tree and onto the first branch.
