    Carmen walked along the sidewalk. The air grew stuffy as the clouds came in. A nice summer Hawaiian storm was brewing. She hurried and made her way to a coffee shop for a poetry thing.

    Spencer


    Spencer walked towards the coffee shop and sat down, pretending to type on his laptop. C'mon, you know when people get their laptops out in coffee shops they're not really typing. Everyone knows that.
    He waited for his coffee and looked around for some girls to greet.

    ooc; hi there! I have that laziness problem too!


    Carmen listened to the speakers. To bad she was to afraid to go up. Looking at her clock she saw it was her shift. Getting up she walked over to the counter and put on the apron with her name on it. She saw Spencer's order and made it quickly. Walking over she set it down. "Here you go. Anything else?" she asked pulling her order notebook out ready to write.


    "Thanks, hey.. Do you have any plans Saturday night?" Spencer grinned.

    Carmen looked at him a bit stuned. "Maybe I do, maybe I don't." she teased writing something down on the paper. Ripping it off she placed it on the table walking away. Turning around she smiled going back to work.


    Spencer grinned and sipped his coffee, pretending to type on his laptop.

    Carmen took orders and served people. Finally her shift was over, taking the apron she grabbed her bag and walked over to Spencer. "Still here?" she smiled playing with the sugars.


    "Yup. So, tell me, what's it like working in a coffee shop?" Spencer grinned.

    Carmen smiled. "It's......fun, you get free coffees every hour if you do graveyard shifts. Oh and free cookies to!" she smiled bringing her legs up and resting them on the table edge.

    Ooc it's fine!! I was slow earlier. Cause I was flooded!!

    She smiled. "It's pretty fun, maybe you should apply?"


    "Nah, I already work at Albertson's. It's hard to juggle work and college." He smiled.

    Carmen nodded. "So you're a collage boy and you work at Albertsons." Looking out the window she saw the rain had stopped. "Well I guess I'll see you staurday." she said getting up and grabbing her jacket.

    ooc; sure! Lets say he called her, meeting at........the coffee shop or her house? And where are they going?

    Carmen looked in her closet. She had hair and makeup done. She finale picked a simple red dress, sleeveless, and with ruffle like things.

    Spencer arrived with a simple red tuxedo. He sat down, waiting for her.

    Carmen rushed down stairs and grabbed her keys. Getting in her car she drive to the restaurant. Walking in she smiled, going over she sat down. "We apparently were thinking red!" she giggled half lying, because she knew guys liked red better on women.
