    With a trill of joy, Opossumstar padded to the top of The Car, and called ScreamingClan to meet him. "As I said before, we are coping. Spitfire and Mustelidpaw are expected to return to full health soon, and Gadgetpaw, Gidgetpaw, and Tinkerpaw are now apprentices, with Gingerheart, Rainbowdash, and Brackenfoot as their mentors, respectively. And now, Myrtlepaw is ready to become a warrior."



    Myrtlepaw gasped with shock. "Me?! What did I do?!" The tortiseshell and white cat gasped.


    Opossumstar laughed. ": I, Opossumstar, leader of ScreamingClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn, Myrtlepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"


    "Undoubtedly" Myrtlepaw said with excitement.


    " Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Myrtlepaw, from this moment you will be known as Myrtlescratch. StarClan honors your spirit and fighting skill, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ScreamingClan.

    Turtleheart looked up "Myrtlescratch!" He began cheering, Charmedpaw joined him


    ~Sits and thinks... Turtkeheart will soon die...~

    Spitfire and Mustelidpaw purred with joy. "Myrtlescratch! Myrtlescratch!" They cheered happily, Mustelidpaw boucing.



    Opossumstar smiled. It was good to have new warriors and apprentices. The white tom then frowned when he realized how old he became. he had already lost 7 lives since he was leader, and with Greencough, he was about to lose his eighth.

    OOC: If 'dat is true, than Mustelidpaw should get his full name soon.



    IC: Mustelidpaw raced after his mentor.

    Rainbowdash smiled.


    "Can we be apprentices?" Miraclekit chirped at Opossumstar. "Please? We're five moons old!"


    "Yeah, almost six!" chimed Tragedykit.

    Opossumstar laughed at the young kittens. "Almost, you two, just one more moon, then you'll be apprentices" The kits' joy made the leader feel young and proud again. He turned to Rainbowdash. "How are things on our borders?" He inquired.



    Mustelidpaw raced after his mentor and grabbed a mouthfull of Marigold flowers.

    "Okay, Turtleheart" Mustelidpaw grabbed a large mouthful, resisting the urge to devour the delicious plants. This was the young cat's only fault.

    "Very good. No signs of any danger," Ranbowdash replied.


    "I can't wait to learn how to kill cats!" Tragedykit chirped.


    "Why would you want to kill cats? That sounds horrible!" Miraclekit replied, staring at her brother in horror.


    Mysteriouskit laughed quietly.

    "Good, now how have you been lately?" Opossumstar inquired with a smile.


    Myrtlescratch padded towards the kits. "Killing isn't what a warrior is about!" he said.


    Mustelidpaw grinned.

    "Very good, thank you for asking. How have you been?" Rainbowdash replied.


    "I was joking!" Tragedykit meowed, laughing as he fell over.


    "That's not funny!" Miraclekit meowed.


    "Oh come on, Miraclekit, lighten up," Mysteriouskit purred.

    Givenkit padded out "Being a warrior is about protecting your clan no matter what. Being a warrior is being loyal to your leader. Being a warrior is about being brave, feirce, caring, loyal, and trustworthy." He said


    (I change that he wants ti be MCA but I still want him to end up with that. He really wants to be a warrior but something happens.)

    Opossumstar smiled. "I've been wonderful, except the greencough epidemic has taken up most of my mind..." The white tom said nervously.



    Myrtlescratch smiled at Givenkit. "That's exactly true, good job Givenkit" He said in approval.

    "We know, Givenkit," Mysteriouskit huffed. "Heard it too many times before."


    Rainbowdash nodded. "We should be happy that the kits are in good health."

    Myrtlescratch smiled. He liked this cat. "How old are you, I'll see if Opossumstar will give you your ceremony"



    Opossumstar smiled. "And according to Turtleheart and Mustelidpaw, Spitfire will be heatlthy again soon"
