    Opossumstar smiled at the kits' shared excitement. "Today is good day for ScreamingClan, we have coped a greencough epidemid thanks to Turtleheart and Mustelidpaw. And now, Gadgetkit, Tinkerkit, and Gidgetkit shall be apprenticed." The white-furred leader's voice boomed. "Gadgetkit, you will now be known as Gadgetpaw, Brackenfoot, you shall mentor him. Tinkerkit, you shall be known as Tinkerpaw, Gingerheart, you shall mentor her. Gidgetkit, you shall be known as Gidgetpaw, Rainbowdash, you shall mentor her." He said. Opossumstar then looked at Charmedpaw. "And now, we have a new warrior among us. Charmedpaw, step forward."

    The memory disappeared and she went to Gidgetpaw. The memory of his parents death became vivid

    Tinkerkit squeeled and went to high-paw her brothers.


    Gidgetpaw whimpered as his parents brutal and bloodied deaths came into play. The where mauled and eaten by dogs in front of all three of the kits.

    Opossumstar blinked. Charmedpaw seemed to be out of it right now. "Um..Charmedpaw, you are reciving your warrior name now, in case you didn't notice" He purred playfully. When he recived his new name, he jumped like a kit out of suprise, so he couldn't blame the young cat.

    The memory lingered half gone as Charmedpaw turned towards Opossumstar "Um I just got my apprentice name a few days ago." She pointed out then fur ed to take the rest of the memory.


    (She is only 6 moons...)

    IC: Opossumstar frowned. He had been so caught up with the greencough, he had forgot Charmedpaw's age! "okay then, my mistake" He said with emberassment.

    "I apologize, the greencough epidemic has just...made me pay less attention to things that don't involve it, Spitfire is deathly sick, and we need new warriors herel." Opossumstar grinned, then jumped off of The Car, padding to the warriors' den, where Spitfire was asleep.

    Opossumstar padded to Turtleheart. "Is Spitfire improving?" he asked, gazing at the flame-colored tom, who suddenly seemed much smaller and weaker. Opossumstar frowned.

    The apprentices played in the middle of camps, waiting to be taken out to see the borders.

    "Thank StarClan, Spitfire is a loyal, brave warrior. And what about Mustelidpaw?" The medicine cat apprentice had recently caught the disease, it wasn't as severe as Spitfire, but Opossumstar still wanted to be safe.

    (I thought Mrytelpaw was his apprentice (Turtlehearts apprentice?!))


    Charmedpaw walked into the warriors den


    "Yes yes!" Said the grey tom

    OOC: Mustelidpaw is Turtleheart's apprentice, Myrtlepaw is Opossumstar's apprentice, It can be confusing sometimes :D


    IC: Opossumstar grinned. "Good, so hopefully both will be back to good health" He said warmly. "Now, I think Myrtlepaw is ready to become a warrior, don't you think?
