zenki looked at the lightning and flicked his finger out making it dissapear

"well, there are laws all of us must obide by vampires and humans alike. atleast thos who know about other beings like vampires. there is a government that makes sure these rules are obeyed. but there is a group lead by the vampires of old linedge who want to destroy those laws. many are joining their side and there've been attacks on the government. vampires here want to get rid of the laws. some of the laws say vampires can't kill people when they drink blood. but vamps here have already started doing that" kayo explained quickly

zenki shrugged a bit 'i dunno any kind of electricity' he rubbed the back of his brown hair

"wooo!" mark said as he got into the air

She smirked with her other hand she made another ball of lighting. "Here." it floated over to him
