Dean sighed. "she's gone..." sam looked at him. "how do you know?" sam asked, worry in his eyes. "dude, you know she doesnt go anywhere without her knife." dean said, swinging the knife around. Sam sighed, a tear escaped his eye. "we gotta find her." sam said.

Matt shifted and held Samantha in his arms. "I'm sorry."

She le out a sob. "its ok..."

He nodded, "Wait here. Dont go anywhere." He quickly went inside and cursed when he saw Lily's friends. Plan B. He went back outside and told Samantha to follow him.

She nodded and followed silently

When they reached the cabben Matt quickly unlocked the door and ushered her inside.

She stepped in and looked around, tears still running diwn her cheeks.

"Until the others leave the house, you can stay here. I'm going to talk to my sister. Will you be ok by yourself?"

She nods, reaching for her knife. She realzed it was gone. "no! My knife!"

"didnt you just have it?" He asked

"i-i must have dropped it...i need my knife!!!"

Sam and dean walked around the woods, looking for samantha. Sam had her knife close to his chest as he walked. "samantha!!" -
He raised an eyebrow, "Cant you just buy another?"

She shook her head. "my grandfather gave it to my dad, and he gave it to me..." she said. John winchester had given the knife to sam, and then wen samantha turned 10, sam gave it to her.

"I can go see if it's still there."

She shook her head. "its ok, my dad probably found it."

Matt was silent. A knock on the door startled him. "Matt is that you?" The voice called. It was Lily. Matt put a finger to his lips, motioning for her to be quiet. He walked over to the door and poked his head out. "Yea?"
Lily stood with her hands on her hips. "Why are you out here?" "Cause I want to be." She rolled her eyes, "It's almost dinner. And it's your turn to cook. The girls are going to be staying with us tonight so make a lot." Matt cursed himself and nodded, anything to get her away from the cabbin. "I'll be in in about ten min." Lily eyed him before walking away. -
Sam stayed silent, cowering into a coner

"I'll tell her about you soon so you can move around without fear, but until then, just stay here. I'll bring dinner out as soon as it's finished." He said and headed inside.

She sighed and looked around. She decided to walk outside and look around.

Matt ran inside and threw together a salad. He took a dish and threw some in before setting the bowl on the table and put the water on to boil for spaghetti.
