A tiny shaped moved quickly through the undergrowth, it's lean figure making it's way quickly through the thick undergrowth of Thunderclan territory. Finally the small figure broke through the undergrowth into a rather small clearing.

Hollowkit turned swiftly, her thick tabby pelt streaked with silver under the light of the moon. Her round eyes searched the undergrowth for a moment. " Hurry up, we have to get to fourtree's for moonhigh" the tiny voice squeled into the undergrowth as she waited for her companion.

She waited cautiously for the sound of her brothers footsteps. Moving ansiously from paw to paw. There seemed to be so much hidden in the undergrowth, this was her first time out her alone in the night, or at least without her mother to guide her. She had always snuck out of camp during the day but never the night.

She sighed as she sat. "If your stuck in another bramble bush it will take us until sunhigh to get there" she muttered peering into the undergrowth.

  • Riverkit leaped from the undergrowth after his sister, only to find her searching it for him. He couldn't help but laugh. "Loose something?" he asked flicking his tail towards himself before looking at the sky above. "We should get going" he added looking back down at his sister. If only she wasn't so fast he could keep up with her, the undergrowth seemed to grow thicker here, especially since they were on Thunderclan territory rather then there own.

  • Littlekit skirted past the dense forest foliage, her sapphire blue eyes agleam with anticipation… and just a touch of uncertainty.

Slivers of moonlight filtered through the trees and dappled the ground, giving her a luminous path through the undergrowth. Without the full figure of the moon casting its light over it, the forest would have been caught in a the sinister shadow of the night, which made the blue point glad that tonight was moonhigh. It was a comfortable darkness with it hanging over her, like something celestial was guiding her from above, but the sight of it made her push on even faster. But the lanky kit had to watch her step carefully to avoid tangling herself in the plants that were determined to block her way. Now and then she would stumble and lurch forward a step, but otherwise she managed to keep herself on her feet.

Pausing to examine the forest around her, she had to judge more by smell than sight if she was in the right. Finding her way to Fourtrees was harder than she expected, and the forest seemed a whole different place in the night. The only way she knew she was headed in the right direction, was the scent of RiverClan that meant she was padding towards the edge of the ThunderClan border. From there it would be simple to just follow it until she reached the four Clans meeting place, somewhere she knew she was supposed to be.

  • { I almost forgot about Shadowkit }

A muscular figure moved quickly through the undergrowth, his dark pelt blending him in with the shadows. He seemed nothing more then part oof the darkness, a nightmare waiting for prey. He was light on his paws despite his size, even as a kit he was a threat to others, a promise for a dark future. Luckily, Starclan thought differently.

The dark tom broke through the undergrowth and out onto the soft grass, feeling is brush his large paws delicatley, stroking them as he moved. Never once in his life had the tom showed fear, now he did, and ontop of that uncertainty. His journey was far more difficult then the rest, and proof of that was the monster hurtling down the Thunderpath he would soon have to cross.

The large tom crouched, allowing the monster to go by, only lettinng a small hiss escaped his throat. His eyes narrowed in concentration as he rested one paw on the thunderpath, and all was silent.

'Right, right, turn off the lights
We're gonna loose our minds tonight
    What's the dealeo?
I love when it's all too much
5 a.m. turn the radio up
    Where't the rock and roll?

    Party crasher, penny snatcher
Call me up if you are gangsta
Don't be fancy, just get dancy
    Why so serious?'

. The young ginger pelted kit could hardly keep her fur on.

Forgetting all warnings of the night, Gingerkit lept forward into the darkness, the white of her pelt glowing under the moonlight. An adventure! Finally. Something to get her far away from the boring camp and doing something more exciting than tormenting her aunts and counsins! What would they say now? How would they react to her being so important?

Well, that was a bit of a fox-lie. She herself wasn't very important, but her bestfriend Horsekit-

    Oops.

"Horsekit?" Gingerkit glanced over her shoulder as she paused mid step in the tall Windclan grass. Here she had gotten all excited and nearly left behind the one Starclan actually wanted. .

'So raise your glass if you are wrong
In all the right ways, all my underdogs
We will never be, never be anything but loud
And nitty gritty, dirty little freaks
Won't you come on and come on and
    Raise your glass!
Just come on and come on and
    Raise your glass!'

  • The tiny she-cat leaped back as her brother emerged from the undegrowth. Hissing slightly she batted his ear though only in a playful manner.

"If you could keep up we'd be there by now, you move like a lopsided badger" she teased smiling slightly at Riverkit. At least in the strange darkness of the forest she had him. She flicked her tail and moved swiftly across the clearing. "I'll race you to fourtrees" she challenged, launching herself back into the undergrowth. Now that they were on the Thunderclan border it would take only moments to reach fourtrees.

Now the dream that had haunted her for so long was coming true. But was it really her Starclan wanted?

  • Featherkit's grey and silver tabby pelt slightly shone in the moonlight as she slipped through the darkness but nothing kept her from shining in the shadows, she was one with them and her tiny form trekked along silently, dead to the world. Grey eyes adjusted far easier to the darkness and she padded up to Littlekit, "How did she ever convince me to come?"

Lifting her dainty paws, Featherkit padded slightly before Littlekit, whispering quietly, "Will sight upon yourself and everything comes together." She glanced around and lifted her face upward, her mouth open scenting the air, "We're close. Very close." She looked back at Littlekit and silently padded forward again, an almost silent urge to keep moving.

Although she was small and silent, Featherkit was used to being alone in a corner but she enjoyed quiet company and it seemed like Littlekit somewhat gave her that unlike her siblings that were constantly battling or jabbering away.

  • Littlekit jolted to a stop, peering over her shoulder with a slitted blue gaze at Featherkit. The blue point had almost completely forgotten about her friend, the other kit had trailed her so silently, that in her rush Littlekit was too busy concentrating on where to put her paws to remember about her quiet friend. Damn, she was unquestionably true to her name with her light build and feather soft tread, and Littlekit envied her for a slight moment as she contemplated her own clumsy stride. But she could never hang on to such things for long, and a tentative yet eager smile lit up the kit’s face as her excitement burst forth from her. “You know I can’t understand your riddles,” she breathed so that she couldn’t disturb the silence any more than she had stumbling through the forest. “But I think we are almost there.”

Like always Littlekit hadn’t given her friend a choice to accompany her, but rather she had shoved the other kit out of her nest and led her out into the forest claiming she had too. The word no was incomprehensible to the kit, and she hadn’t given Featherkit the chance to object. She liked to think she was pushing her gentle friend out into the world, even if it was more like she was dragging her.

  • Featherkit's eyes twinkled in amusement, “You know I can’t understand your riddles.” It ran through her mind again and she chuckled. How could anyone ever understand her riddles. They were a little too simplified to the point that they struck confusion into another. Featherkit stepped forward again, looking through the trees and finally spotted the slope a small distance off. She flicked her tail in silence, a beckon for Littlekit to keep moving.

Although sickly, Featherkit had grown mentally wise from spending such large amounts of time with the older, and wiser cats. She remembered all the times she had spent in the medicine den and all that she had learned in her five moons of life. Everything was sparkling with ideal memories, then the sickness overcame her memory and she remembered all the times she had been bent over vomiting, and the times that she nearly died due to her cough, and all the other not so nice memories. Featherkit didn't like leaving her family but what was best left unsaid, was best left alone.

  • Littlekit broke out of her immobile stance and got moving again, clambering over a rotted, fallen log and steering clear of patch of bramble. So many obstacles, she thought to herself as she ducked under grasping tendril of vine that threatened to snare her. It was like the whole forest was against her. Narrowing her eyes defiantly, she continued at a hasty pace through the wood while giving impending threats like thorn bushes a wide berth.

Sometimes the ThunderClan cat wondered if she should have been born in WindClan. They didn’t have to worry about the thick forest, the worst they could do was trip in the grass – which wouldn’t be so bad – or fall in a rabbit hole. And with her tall, gawky figure, she could run a pretty decent speed by using her long limbs to her benefit. Hunting rabbits couldn’t be as hard as squirrel could it? And her attempts at hunting in ThunderClan had posed such a challenge for her, since the prey could better scramble through the tangle of foliage than her, or escape into trees that were just beyond her capabilities. That was another thing, the WindClan moor had hardly any trees, the tailless cat would never have to worry about climbing to get her prey. The prospect appealed to her, but it wasn’t something to consider any further, she had more pressing matters to deal with.

Like her StarClan dream – it posed that she wouldn’t have to worry about the ThunderClan forest ever again.

  • Featherkit picked up the pace and raced after her. She was still as deathly silent as ever, the moonlight never seemed to touch her, making her ghostly silver and grey form seem just as such, a ghost. She followed after Littlekit, her small body naturally avoiding all of nature's obstacles with ease. Nothing was going to stop her from being right behind the other no matter if time was something delicate.

Featherkit's grey eyes once again flashed eerily, the only visible part of her in the darkness. She wished for speed and her paws moved faster, her feather light body seeming to be picked up by the wind and carried off. She sped up even more and her small ears got lost in the wind brushing past her in an attempt to slow the fast moving kitten down albeit unsuccessful.

  • Hollowkit raced through the undergrowth, pushing her way through it with great force for someone of her size. Her dream was moments away, she had lived it so many times the air around her now felt familar. No longer was she in a strange unknown place, but her paws were now guiding her to her destination.

Moments later she broke through the thick undergrowth for the last time. The moon shone down to reflect off the surface of the smooth glistening rock. With a soft sigh of relief she made her way towards the rock, and in one swift leap she was at the top.

The moonlight seemed to surround her as she breathed in the crisp night air. She only hoped that it had not only been a common dream, but a message from Starclan.Had the tiny kit actually been chosen for this journey? It has to be real! she reminded herself, the dreamhad haunted her each night for the past moon, she only hoped she would not be the only one to follow it.

All he could hear now was the beating of his own heart.

With wide eyes the muscular kit gazed across the Thunderpath with longing. There were no monsters coming, or at least none he could hear or see. Finally he leaped onto the open road, feeling the strange feel of asphalt under his soft paws.

He pushed himself as fast as he could go, faster and faster. Although it was only a short distance to the other side it seemed like an eternity to him, as if the thunderpath was stretching out before him. Finally as a monster roared around the corner he leaped onto the soft grass, rolling across it.

He sighed in relief, standing a little shakily for the moment. He took a deep breath before the tom finally decided to move forward, launching himself into the thick undergrowth of Thunderclan territory.

  • Littlekit’s sapphire gaze leapt to the gloomy night sky, to the opaque figure of the full moon winking down at them. Focusing more intensely, the kit ramped up her speed and plummeted through the undergrowth. Leaves and twigs tugged and lashed her pale coat, but Littlekit took no heed of them, concentrating solely on keeping her feet.

She didn’t try keep tabs on Featherkit, she knew that her more agile friend could progress through this vegetation much more swiftly than her. Instead she kept her eyes trained carefully on the ground.

They were running along RiverClan’s border now, the gush of water accompanying the crackle of dry leaves under Littlekit’s paws. Her heart was rushing away at an impossible speed, the kit could feel it hammering away in her chest as the tall figures of the trees that was Fourtrees name sake rose into view.

  • Featherkit breathed in a pattern, carefully and precisely in a way so that it brought more speed to her. She tore after Littlekit and avoided contact with anything but the ground. She waited for speed to bring the need to breath again before inhaling, holding, exhaling, and waiting. She kept herself in tune with her body so she could follow after Littlekit with a touch of grace flowing over her as she sped up yet again. She was just behind Littlekit now, her eyes trained on the other's head.

  • As she neared Fourtrees, she tried to slow her fervent pace, but her limbs resisted her efforts. Littlekit practically exploded into the clearing, blue eyes wide. Attempting to skitter to a stop, she skidded across the ground and fell heavily onto her haunches.

In an instant she was again on her paws, blue eye's flickering over the seemingly empty clearing. Perturbed at how vacant it seemed, the kit’s anticipation crashed down on her, her features twisting into a downcast frown. But just as she was about to let the melancholy feeling clutching her drag her down, her gaze found the figure standing atop the knuckle of stone protruding from the glade.

“What are you doing here?” she exclaimed as astonishment flooded her voice, the words not suspicious but actually inquisitive. Was this just a coincidence, or was her dream an actual reality? Littlekit quivered slightly as she silently hoped that she hadn’t misled herself, waiting on the strangers answer.

  • Featherkit slowed down slightly and padded into the clearing on graceful paws. She chuckled at Littlekit's entrance and padded up to her before noticing the kit standing on the stone. She frowned slightly but remained still, looking at the kit closely. She couldn't tell what was different about her until she went over a checklist. "Riverclan scent projects from her like a pool of heat. Well, I'd assume we are the same to her." Eyes twinkling away, Featherkit finally broke into the moonlight from up above, her grey and silver pelt shining slightly. She looked at Littlekit, "Join her." The coloring of her eyes slightly lit up and she let her face soften into what could only be a soft smile. Featherkit fell silent again and just watched the kit on the stone, her eyes unreadable.
