  • This love story is based on this song, but it doesn't have to be like this exactly. It's boy sees girl, gets girl, breaks girl's heart, girl moves on. But It's doesn't have to be exactly like that. And the boy can walk in the garden and see the girl.

The sun shone brightly on the Earth. The wind whistled through the air. Butterflies fluttered through gardens of flowers. Humming birds flew the sky, their wings cutting through the wind. Bees landed on daisies and started pollenating them. A girl in a daffodil garden, with blonde hair in a bun with deep red eyes sat on a wooden stool. She wore a white dress with elegant red decorations on it. And leaning on her shoulder was a fairly large harp. Her fragile fingers danced on the harp's strings as the harp made beautiful noises that blended in with nature's noises, making amazing music.

  • Declan was walking past the garden, and suddenly stopped. He heard music. Beautiful music. I wonder who's playing that... He started to follow the sound.

  • Elizabeth strummed the strings on the harp once more, then pushed the harp off of her shoulder. She stood up and brushed off her white and red dress. She took a gulp of air, then exhaled.

  • Declan froze in his tracks when he saw her. And he thought the music was beautiful! All that occupied his mind right then was her. No worries of him looking like an idiot with his mouth slightly agape. Nothing about how he was standing there like a statue, or what she would think of him. Just her face, her eyes, the strange aurora of light that seemed to glow off her skin. Declan was, well, lovestruck.

  • Elizabeth turned to the boy that was slightly staring at her. "Umm...Is there something you need?" she asked, taking a few steps towards him.

  • Declan's eyes widened. Yeah he needed something, but doubted he would get it. "Uh, um, no..." He looked down, fiddling with his thumbs. "I just heard your music..."

  • "Oh, do you like it? My music I mean." she asked."I've been practicing for the concert. Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't introduce myself. I'm Elizabeth, but my friends call me Liza." She put out her hand.

  • Elizabeth smiled. "Thanks." she pulled her hand away from him. "So, what are you doing here? I mean not a lot of people come to the gardens." she asked.

  • "So, I must be heading home, it is getting late." She turned around, and started putting her harp away. She turned back to him, " And if you need any help, you can come to my house. My house is inbetween the pansies and roses."

  • Declan nodded. "Okay, thanks," he started to turn around, but looked back at her. "Wait.. do you know any other instruments?"

  • She thought for a moment. " I do play the violen, but I just started practicing a few days ago." she answered.

  • She nodded. " Yes, but you have to bring your own instrument. I don't have any extra instruments." she replied. " Ane don't worry about paying me."
