Appearance: He stared as she walked through the door. Her natural, ringlet-curled, strawberry hair took his breath every time he saw her and he traced the curls to the middle of her back with his eyes. She came over to him and he wrapped his arms around her, loving how he could rest his chin on the top of her head and the way his hands fell around her curvy waist. She smiled at him and he reached up, running his finger across the edge of her high cheekbones, holding her soft baby face gently, smiling in return. She scrunched up her cute button nose and closed her deep, chocolate brown eyes tight, her long, dark lashes curling to point at her thin blondish eyebrows. He lifted her chin and traced her small lips, admiring her defined cupid's bow faintly and her glowing, golden tan. Wow.. he thought.
Personality: Her mother stared at the counselor. "Where do I start?" she asked, looking down at her hands. "She's very shy but friendly, geeky and very charismatic." She took a breath. "Her friends rely on her and talk to her about everything. I've seen strangers just start talking about their life with her. She's sympathetic, artistic, and affectionate and puts others before herself ninety eight percent of the time and will go out of her way to help people and animals. She tends to try to avoid crowds because she's claustrophobic. And running because she has asthma. And she refuses to eat meat." She looked up again, her eyes wide.

History: Lakodah stared at the blank paper in front of her. I have to do this or I won't graduate.. she told herself. Sighing, she put her pencil to the paper and started writing. My father died when I was about three years old. About a year later, my uncle starting molesting me and he threatened to hurt my family, and me, if I ever told anybody. Three years later, I watched as my cousin was shot and killed by her drunk father. Later that year, my best friend was taken from her family and forced to move to Oklahoma where she went missing. I called to check in every day, but to no avail. Six months later, she was found buried in her boyfriend's backyard, 5 months pregnant. When I was nine, my brother was chasing a ball into the street when a car careened around the corner and raced toward him, not slowing their speed. I ran to push him out of the way, getting hit in the process. The car still never slowed. I had to stay in the hospital for a week under constant care of the doctors and nurses. That's when I became interested in the medical field. A few months later, my mother sent me into counseling, sure that I needed someone to talk to. Finally, I couldn't hold it in any longer. I confessed what my uncle had done and he was sentenced for life. My mom and I started to argue and fight and fight a lot and I ran away when I was twelve years old and started smoking. About eight months later, the cops found me when I was being chased by a man, which turned out to be someone they'd been looking for. I quit cigarettes by the time she was thirteen, but continued to smoke pot, only when my back hurt. I buckled down and caught up on my grades when I was fourteen and I have been a straight 'A' student throughout high school and will be graduating as a junior with a scholarship.
Roleplay Sample {Required for first advanced bio}: Lakodah looked across the lake, watching the sun reflect off of its surface. She sighed and tipped her head back to scan the horizon for clouds, gasping as a sharp pain raced like a wildfire up her spine. "Not again," she spat through gritted teeth. She dropped to her knees, fighting to keep from falling on her side. She glanced around quickly, taking out her pipe and loading it with lightning speed. She lit up, inhaled deeply, and held it until she couldn't hold her breath anymore. She let it stream out of her mouth, her back feeling very slightly better, and repeated until the bowl was gone. Her back now feeling like it had when she was a child, she stood and looked back up at the sky. When is this going to stop? she wondered to herself.
