Costume: Sort based of Catwomen (She isn't marvel so she's still a comic) She has a skintight protective suit. It has a hole for her tail. She has special blades come out of her knuckles pads to be like cat claws. She carries the guns, smoke bombs, throwing knives. She can shoot spikes out of her knuckles (above the blades) She made the suit by herself. Basing the utility belt on Batman's (Not marvel so just a comic). She has suction cups sort of things on her hands and feet so she can climb. She also has a grappling gun with a regular hooked spike.
Sort of like this... (But with sharp stilletos)

Powers/Talents: She has enhanced senses and instincts, certain cat abilities, and has gotten her father's intelligence. She has black cat ears and a fluffy black tail. She keeps them hidden from her family.
Family: Daughter of Piper Stark and Tony Stark. She has a twin brother and Dr. Banner is her godfather.
History: Thought to be the less superior twin because she was younger and a girl, her father spent more interest in her brother. However she was far more superior in every way. She had inherited her father's intelligence and liked science. She spent a lot of time with her godfather. One day an accident in Banner's lab gave her 2% cat DNA. Then on she became the Cat. Banner helped her as she became a modern Robin hood. She was a thief and stole from the rich and gave to the poor. She trained herself in martial arts, combat, karate, even making a little bit up herself. Only her godfather knew her secret, no one else. She has never been caught, which is why she has gained S.H.E.I.L.D.S interest.
Weapons: She mostly likes combat, but she carries guns, throwing knives, spikes. Smoke bombs. She likes stealth approaches.
