Rainbow Dash sat on her dark storm cloud, snickering quietly to herself as she moved it above Applejack's head. Time to get pranked, AJ, she though happily.
Applejack smiled as she harvested apples. She saw her friend Fluttershy. "Howdy, Fluttershy!" Applejack hollered cheerfully.
Rainbow forced lightning to flash from the bottom of the cloud, and it was aimed for Applejack.
Electricity pulsed through Applejack's fur. It made her mane stand up on end. She laughed. "But Rarity just did my hair!"she said.
Rainbow collapsed onto the ground, cracking up. "Th-That...was...hilarious!" she cried.
Rarity came out of her fashion shop, after hearing all the commotion. She stared at Applejack, and her jaw dropped. "Applejack! You MUST be more careful with your hair!" she shrieked dramatically.
"C-could I get a-another appointment?" Applejack asked Rarity. She chuckled. "Rainbow is even more of a prankster today!"she muttered.
"Please, oh please come in!" Rarity agreed, and ushered Applejack into her shop. Rainbow was still laughing. After she gathered herself, she walked over to Fluttershy.
Applejack smiled. "Thank ya, Rarity." she said.

Fluttershy giggled. "That was funny!"she said quietly.
Rarity dipped her head. "Anything for a friend," she said cheerfully.

"I know, right?" Rainbow agreed, beaming like an idiot.
Applejack smiled. "Darlin', I love what you did with your hair,"she said.

Fluttershy smiled. "Yeah,"she said in her quiet, shy voice.
"Oh, why thank you, Applejack!" Rarity said, smiling at her friend. She picked up a hairbrush using her jaws and started to fix Applejack's hair.

"Hey Fluttershy," Rainbow said. "Will you be competing in the yearly Falling of the Leaves race tomorrow?" The cyan blue pony cocked her head to one side as if waiting for an answer.
"No, no, I couldn't," Fluttershy said shyly.

Applejack smiled.
"Come ON," Rainbow pleaded. "You missed it last year; so, you should compete this year!"

Rarity did Applejack's mane up in a bun and put blush on her cheeks before stepping back and admiring her work. "Better!"
Applejack looked into the mirror, a smile plastered on her face. "Well, you made me so purdy, Rarity! Now I'll be ready for the Falling of the Leaves race!"she said.

Fluttershy blushed. "Fine,"she said quietly.
"Great!" Rainbow grinned. "Though, I won't let you defeat me, of course! I am the queen of awesomeness, after all."

"Yes, hun! I wouldn't miss it for anything!" Applejack said cheerfully.
