Smokecloud, a gray tom with white paws and bright blue eyes, padded towards one of his Clanmates, Ravenclaw, with a vole in his jaws. He was hunting, and he had heard her voice. He gently dropped the vole he had just caught and watched her pace by the riverbank. "Ravenclaw? Are you alright?" He asked her gently.

Smokecloud padded closer to Ravenclaw. "I'm sorry," he whispered. He touched his nose to her cheek, trying to comfort her. Then she said that wasn't what it was upsetting her. He looked at her. "What are you upset about?"

Smokecloud pinned his ears back. "That's not true. I'm sure plenty of the cats in our Clan like you," he meowed, looking at his paws.

Smokecloud didn't know the answer. "I'm sure that you'll find an amazing tom that loves you... and you'll have beautiful kits that grow up to be great warriors," he meowed softly.

Smokecloud looked away, starting to blush until she knocked him over. He smiled and pawed her nose playfully.
