IC: Finally, someone who had the sense to wait at the border.

The lean form of the Blackheart Rogue leader stalked towards the waiting cat, his blue eyes gleaming. Staunton liked the look of this cat already; let him see if this cat had a good skill set to boot. "Introduce yourself, stranger," he grunted, making no effort to introduce himself first.

  • The grey tabby nodded and stood up "I'm Slate," he replied in a clear voice. He dipped his head, his tail twitched, he tilted his head and sat down again. He looked at the tom and grinned a feral smile, but his eyes showing no threat. "I came to ask a favour... well more a request..." he continued.

  • Grayce peered from her perch in a tree nearby. The defense advisor gently leaped out of the tree, and hit the ground with her paws in an instant. The seal lynx point scurried over to the loner. She have Slate a ivory grin before clearing her throat. "Hi Slate. Hi Stauton." Meowed the she-cat curtly. The feline was curious on what this tomcat wanted to request.

  • He dipped his head at the she-cat "greetings," he purred in his rough purr. He shuffled his paws and watched the two cats, waiting. He curled his bushy tail around his paws, one ear tilted back, listening for danger, the other flicked towards the two Blackheart Rouges.

  • "Very well, Slate. I am Staunton, leader of Blackheart Rogue. And this request is?" prompted Staunton. He nodded to his Defense Advisor for a brief moment in greeting; his attention turned back to the blue tabby.

  • Grayce's eyes lit up. She was about to accept his offer, but bit her tounge. Since Stauton was here, she thought it would be better for him to answeer. She didn't want to jump to conclusions. The seal lynx point nodded her head to the newcomer.

  • He dipped his head back, his tail twitched slightly as he watched the two cats. Slate scented the air, checking for approaching danger, nothing. He smiled slightly.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=7pt]It had been a wonderful day yet the scent of a new smell had hit her nose. The blue tuxedo kit of Euphoria and Onepaw skipped around the corner ready to find some more herbs for her mummy only to stumble upon the scene of the advisor and the leader facing off with a rogue.

Careen gave a frightened squeak and lunged forward aiming to hide herself behind Grayce's legs, her frail frame shaking in fright as she peered around the advisors legs.

  • "Join? Thought so. Please tell me you know how to hunt and fight at the very least." Staunton raised an eyebrow. "And herbs. Every cat knows how to heal here, so if you don't know and wish to join, you better be prepared to take some time to learn some."

  • [size=8]'Mama's an Oracle Trainee,' Careen quavered, a slight look of pride entering her eyes as she spoke of none other than Euphoria, the Blackheart Rogues official bringer of happiness, 'she could always teach you if you dont know!' At that the blue tuxedo figure shrunk back her lips pursing as she realised that attention may have been drawn to her, her world stained in an embarassed blue.

"I heard the word 'herbs', and so I am here."

A toothy grin was seated upon the maw of the Oracle, no other than Tango. The bengal realized it wasn't quite the appropriate time to joke around, and since Staunton was there, he simply kept his mouth shut. "Staunton, Grayce, may I ask who is this?" he inquired softly with a dip of his head in respect, looking to Slate. His tail swayed behind him as he took a seat, gaze resting on the blue tuxedo kitten. He noted that she seemed a bit embarrassed so he gave an assuring smile before looking forwards once more, gaze locked on the intruder.
