Kid walked in "Hey" he smiled.

Maka looked over at him, her eyes glowing white. "Hi"

"how are you feeling?" Kid asked.

Maka looked at Kid, "I'm not sure, but I have something to ask you....."

"Alright what is it?" Kid asked walking over and sitting down.

"Why didn't you anwser my question earlier, Why did you want to save me exactly??" she asked, looking up at him with sadness in her eyes.
Silver eyes watched them from the window and then disappeared.

"Because Maka, I care about you" Kid said and he meant it.

Maka sighed, "I don't get, isn't everyone afraid of me...............I mean when I woke up earlier, I heard Liz scream and saw Soul with fear in his eyes" she said with sadness dripping from her voice.

"They don't hate you...Just something had scared them, I promisde, there not scared and they don't hate you" Kid said.

"Then why were they all looking at me with horror in their eyes.......??" she asked, softly.

"Because the ground was shaking and it scared them" Kid said.

Eli was on her broom, flying around the sky around Death City. Since she wasn't IN the city she could be as witchy as she wanted to. While this was going on, Yin was back at the apartment.

Maka looked up at him then back down, "I did that......." she said softly.

Eli landed outside Death City. As the witch walked through the gates she transformed into her student cover. Eli walked towards her apartment lazily, but when she heard the name 'Maka' though the thin walls of the infirmary she turned in there instead. "Is maka here?" she asked the desk lady.

Maka didn't look up, "I busted the glass too, and the lights..........." she said, really wanting a hug right now but she wasn't sure if it was something she could do now.
The desk lady looked up at her, "yes right in here" she pointed to a door.
