    The cougar was quite rightly daunted by the prospect of facing two wolves after a ferocious attack by the pack. It snarled as Sebastian approached it from the left flank, its own fur bristling. He went in for an attack, straight away aiming for its neck.

    Sebastian leaped in quickly, closing in on the cougar and snapping its neck with a quick and powerful bite. He let the powerful beast fall to the ground, blood streaming out from it like a river as it slithered down a small incline.

    It seemed that the lake was peaceful as a slight breeze blew across the body of water, sending little waves toward the shore. He carefully made his way down the rocky slope and landed on the soft grasses of the shore. There was an easier way down but this way was much quicker.

    "Seeing as it is a bit rare to see the weather this great, I don't see why we shouldn't spend a while in the lake. Opportunities like this don't come every day." Sebastian reasoned, following Storm into the water, his fur ruffled.

    Embershard bounded down the rocky slope, skidding to a halt when she realized that they had not been the first to arrive. Two rather large wolves were already in the lake and she hoped that they had not drawn any attention.[/fancypost]

    Starfire slid down the embankment, stopping and spotting what Embershard had. "Oh my"


    Storm dived under the water, surfacing and smiling at Sebastian.

    Embershard's fur was ruffled in a similar manner to one of the wolves in the water. She cautiously skirted the edges of the lake, trying her best not to remain detected.


    Sebastian shook his fur, refusing to move out of the shallows. "I'd rather not go very deep. I'm not too fond of water, to be frank, I hate it."

    "Oh, I didn't mean to call you back in," Sebastian said, flicking his tail back out towards the deeper end of the lake. "You're free to do what you like, pardon my interruption."


    Embershard peered out through a thick bush, at the two wolves. Although the alliance was quite strong between the two groups, she wasn't one to disrupt anything that might pose a threat. "What should we do?"

    ic: Kiyeri and Malari got to the lake and saw the two other wolves and the cat. They nodded greeting to them, then waded into the water.
