"That's good. I'm afraid I got the bad dreams tonight.", Skiesong said. She gently licked Meltingkit again. She loved him with all her heart. She was proud of him and scared for him at times. She hoped she was a good mother. She supposed she was, but she didn't know.

"Hello. What are you looking at?", Skiesong said, staring at Hawkflight. She wrapped her tail around Meltingkit and drew him closer.

"Of course I am! What did you think? Oh, I know I look nothing like him. But he is mine.", Skiesong said.

"Thank you, and no I'm full Riverclan. Well Riverclan adopted me when I was 5 moons. I adopted Meltingkit. It keeps me from dwelling on unessicarily dark things.", Skiesong explained.
