Blizzardkit shook his head. "Father rarely ever played with us. He rough housed more often."

Wolverinekit came back. "Brother we need to find Wintercloud."
"Why?"
Wolverinekit whisphered something in his brother's ear.
Blizzardkit nodded and dipped his head to Milkkit. "Lets go." The brothers ran to Wintercloud.
Peregrinekit limped to his friend.

Milkkit wondered what they were doing, then looked at Peregrinekit.

"Secretive, aren't they?" said Peregrinekit.

"They sure are," Milkkit sat down, wanting to know the answers to all of these secrets.

"I wonder why," Peregrineit mewed.

"I don't know... It's rather puzzling," The kitten replied, amused by all of the unanswered questions.

"But it has something to do with their father, and Cougarstrike." The deaf kit mewed.

"Yeah... " She began as she scratched her ear.

Peregrinekit nodded.

Milkkit remained quiet for a moment, then spoke again. "Did you ever meet your father?"

"No. But sometimes I see the ghost of my mom." said Peregrinekit.

"Oh..." Ghost?! Milkkit shuddered. The little kitten thought for a moment and thought of another question. "Will you ever become a warrior?"

"I don't think so. That's why I'm hoping I'll be picked for medicine cat apprentice."

"Oh, medicine is interesting... But I think I'd be better suited for the lifestyle of a warrior." Suddenly, Milkkit became a little worried. What if he doesn't get to be a medicine cat? Would he be an elder forever?? "You'd seem to be good with herbs," was all she said.

"Considering the fact that I healed myself earlier." Said Peregrinekit, now looking at his splint.
