Liam began cooking some eggs on the stove in a pan.

Callika stood up again, wandering into the kitchen.

Liam pushed his hair out of his face as he cooked.

Callika glanced over at him, her eyes flickering with thought.

Liam glanced back at Callika and tilted his head. "Something wrong?"

Callika blinked and shook her head, snapping out of her daydream.

Liam watched her for a moment before continued making the eggs.

Callika fiddled with her braid, not sure what to do.

Liam pulled out two plates and scraped the eggs onto both of them. He handed one of the plates to Callika. "Sorry, I'll need to go to the market today to get more food."

Callika just shrugged, mumbling, "Thank you," as she took her plate.

Liam nodded before he pulled out a drawer and gave Callika a fork.

"Thanks," She said again, taking the fork.

Liam started eating his eggs thinking about what he needed to do today.

As Callika ate, she wondered what she'd end up doing as a job.

"We'll have to go up to the mansion again. My father wants to take a look at you," Liam said after a moment.

Callika nodded, soon finishing her food as she wondered what his father would be like.

Liam finished up his eggs as well. "Alright then, shall we get going?"

Callika nodded, standing up.

Liam nodded before heading for the front door.
