    How did firestar lose one of his lives? As i read the original seires, all together i counted about 6 or 7 ives gone.

    Some of his lives were edited out, only to show how the time progressed. I've studied around, and I have noticed he lost one of his live's in "Heart of a Warrior" during a battle.

    I've always been wondering... In ShadowClan in the first book, there was an elder named Ashfur. Why did Erin Hunter name Ashfur with the same name?

    That's a toughy, but if you think about it, When Firestar was giving Ashpaw his warrior name, he might have thought of the elder Yellowfang asked for help, Ashfur. The elder isn't really mentioned after IntoTheWild besides in the Allegiances but he still helped Thunderclan out by fighting one of Brokenstar's warriors. But whether he just came to mind during Ashpaw's ceremony or was supposed to be used to honor the brave elder is hard to tell.

    Okay. Why was Heavystep from Rc was still alive after dying from green cough

    @IcicleHearts- I truly believe that was an error made by the Erinns by accident. Yes he died, but with all those characters it can be hard to keep track of some of them, he was even said to be in Windclan by one of the authors. Other problems also occured, like gender changes and looks if you look at them closely throughout the time period.

    I have noticed mistakes in the books often, like Cinderpelt would be accidentally called Cinderpaw or Dovewing called Dovepaw. There have been just little minor ones.
