    Hikaru burst out laughing. "And miss the fun? I don't think so." She whipped out a knife, it's blade catching the moon light. "And don't think I didn't come prepared. You uh... Caught me off gaurd is all." She said.

    "That wont hurt me."He said shaking his head."Im surprised you dont belive them."

    "Well. I know that anything that plans on killing me is an animal anyways. So I'm guessing that if vampires were real, or even monsters, than they would be in the form of some blood-sucking animal." She said. "But I'm guessing that you're trying to prove me wrong."

    Sierra, a young changling, ran through the forest. She smelled something delicious, and she felt very hungry. She raced at the human, stopping when she saw the other vampire.

    Jace sighed and pointed."Thats what's been hunting you. Well I cant avoid the fact that I almost did to you but I stopped."

    Hikaru looked at the other girl, deep in thought. "So wait... Vampires are real? And they're almost humans, but superhumans?" She asked in wonder.

    "Thank you for the superhuman thought ,but no we love your blood and thats mostly what we think about till we oercome it with years of practice. And we arent the good guys, we're the bad guys."He explained with a sigh."And now your my captive since you know our secret."

    Hikaru blinked with a somewhat bored expression. "Well, now i know what happened to the other people." She sighed, flexing her hands and leaning back again. "But still, how can you be sure that I'll tell people your secret? I've never seen you around and I doubt anyone else has either." She said.

    "I cant take that risk."Jace said shaking his head and grabbing her in his arms."We should go, they're coming."He said as he started running at full speed.The forest passed by as a blur.

    Hikaru gently slapped his arms in a feeble attempt to get him to drop her before crossing her arms and pouteing. "Well woop-dee-freaking-doo. I don't care if they're after us, you could warn me when you're about to do thi-" She stopped abruptly as a fly zoomed into her mouth and she began to gag.

    Jacesensed they were being followed but fought the instinct to turn around and fight. He continued running.

    Sierra followed. "What am I thinking?" she wondered, trying to stop herself.

    Sierra hissed. "At least I haven't attacked yet. I'm doing pretty good for a new born." She followed, keeping a distance.

    "Of course newborn."He scoffed."Go bug someone else." Jace said rolling his eyes and running faster.

    She hissed and lept into the trees, following. " Why was he mad at her?" she wondered, silently. She hadn't done anything wrong.

    "I can hear you, Look I dont have the time to deal with you right now."He hissed furious as he kicked a tree over as he ran.
