Demi sat on a park bench in the rain, her mother had told her she would be coming back in five minutes...it's been 6 hours. The one and a half year old's big brown eyes stared into the direction her mother had gone, the rain beating down on her. She coughed and pulled her jacket tighter around her.

She shrunk down, afraid. "I..I don't know..." she whimpered.

"Mommy said I can't go with stwangews..." she said shyly, coughing.

Clove sighed she was friends with her mom and did not know how to tell her that she died

Sitting down she said I will wait with you

"Okay" she said, clutching her coat around her.

Hold on she said running across the street to get a blanket, she snacks, 2 unbrellas and to pur her dog in the house

Demi waited, still looking into the direction her mother went, Mommy....come back... she thought.

Clove came back and made a fort with the umbrellas Here is a blanket she said

"Thank you..." she said shyly, gently taking the blanket.

you're welcome she smiled I have some snacks

"Okay" she said with a yawn, wrapping the blanket around her, her eyes drooped as she soon fell asleep.
