    Vanaterasu paced round the camp. She wondered how much longer the war would last between the two packs.


    Xior bit into a rabbit. His gaze traveled the camp and rested on the entrance.

    Vanaterasu came up to Vashiterasu and nuzzled him affectionately.
    "Is everything well?" she asked.

    Vanaterasu sighed.
    "We must win this battle... We cannot let the darkness take over," she told him. Then she turned back and gave a smile.

    "On a happier note, we're having pups!" Vanaterasu exclaimed.
    ((I felt so weird, typing that))

    Vanaterasu pressed against him, letting her worries sink away for a moment as the warmth of his fur crept into her's.

    ((We should really wait for the others to reply, don't you think?))

    ((heeey! I is back!))
    Hikari padded over to the two alphas. She stepped back quickly. "Sorry. Did I interrupt something?"

    Kuro bounded over to Xior. "Hi! What'cha looking at?" he asked, faking innocence.

    "Oh... Uh... Okay," she said, backing away. "So... Yeah, I should leave now." She edged away some more

    "Oh. Okay then!" she said, immediately cheering up. "... Now what?"

    "Why don't we go hunting?" suggested Hikari. "No one is really doing anything."
