"Maybe you heard wrong," Ambershine meowed to him. "We need you! Come back!"
She screeched out this last part, then yowled her frustration.

Snatchpaw growled. "If that's true, we must rescue her at once!"

"And how do we do that?!" Ambershine asked? "Just waltz into the Dark Forest and kindly ask to take her back? We need a plan. And to save ourselves first."

A faint black smoke circles around the two she cats as they hear a squeaking."Daddy!Daddy!Help me!"the voice sobbed with more squeaks of pain.

Ambershine sucked in a breath. Oh dear, what should she do? She needed to escape, but the squeals of pain were unbearable to listen to.
"Bone!" She screeched and ran after him.

Snatchpaw was left shaing in fear by the cries of the kit in hostage.

Ambershine caught up to Bone and stopped his fleeing by pushing her muzzle into his.
"Stop running from this!" Ambershine hissed to him. "We need you! We'll help you, I swear by StarClan!"

He looked away a bit embarassed at how close she waa and mewed in gratitude as he looked into her amber eyes with a like....LOOK.
