    The cougar already knew it would be a couple of weeks before the muscles in his legs repaired each other, and just about that time that his wound would heal. He glanced back down at the elk, wondering if he could actually be able to carry it back to camp, but with his leg, he would have to leave it in the cold and it would most likely freeze. At his clanmates second comment, a small chuckle came from his maw as he leaned down and took another mouthful of meat, repeating the process until he was full, the elks ribs now visible with the organs. Usually he would have eaten those first, but he was afraid it might scare his clanmates as he would have had to dug into the elks chest cavity.

    Flakeflight was relieved to hear that the cougar could still walk, she ate her fill hungrily tearing pieces of the flesh. "Eat as much as you like." She mewed. "Then we wont have to drag it back to camp."

    "How can you eat that it is too much blood it could of had a disease thats why I stick to herbs"Meowed DarkPelt looking horrified at the cats ripping and tearing the flesh out of the elk that was nearly double his size "But I still like fish and hares"

    "Well I don't have dieseases I know that for a fact"Mewed DarkPelt looking at FlakeFlight like she was the cat that killed his family.

    " Well, diseases wouldn't kill us instantly and maybe your precious herbs could help us. " Blueparadise teased as she took another bite from the rapidly vanishing elk.

    "Hey I stay healthy because of those herbs there the only reason im not dead!"Hissed DarkPelt spitting at the floor in front of Blue.

    "I know this elk didn't carry a disease because it was acting like it usually does, and it smelled fine. Those are the ways you can tell, and a cat just cat survive on just herbs, we are predators, but plant eaters." The male cougar pointed out as he continued to lick his leg, blood still slowly oozing out.

    "LilyPaw told me to eat them so I have to I learned never to argue with a medicene cat"Growled DarkPelt hairs standing on end.

    "Respect your elders or you haven't learned anything since you have become a apprentice." Saevus spat back lossing his patience with the annoying tom he always seemed to stick his muzzle into everything. The cougar could easily killed him if he wanted to, even with his injured leg.

    "Listen here you english d*** your no older than me.maybe you could kill me right now but what would the clan think.I don't choose to argue but sometimes I get angry especially when I get made fun of besides my whole family is dead so there if you have the decency to say sorry for being rude then be my guest"Hissed DarkPelt tearing up because he said about his family then remembering his mother being killed.

    Saevus almost rolled his eyes as he lost all of his patience with the cat. Without saying anything the large cougar got up and started to walk back to the camp, not caring what happened to the annoying tom. Indeed it was harsh, but they weren't his kin, if you were nice, he was nice, if you were a bastard, well lets say you wouldn't live that long.

    "I will get that waste of energy back if its the last thing I do"Mumbled DarkPelt tears running down his face his heart pumping fast as a falcon "Even if it includes my death nobody insults me like that he thinks he is so strong well he hasn't seen me"

    As the tom spat infront of her, Blueparadise started to viciously shake. Like, properly shaking. By the way her face was angled downwards and the way her shoulders rolled and her claws flexed, you'd have thought she was in a mental break down. " Darkpelt, your not the only one who's lost your family. I lost mine way before yours, and I saw. Them. Die. And guess what? I don't whine about it. I try to see the good in people, but your just lost."

    "My family died in front of me when I was a kit when I was two moons old I felt the blood on my pads I was left with nothing but myself I came to this place to find happiness not to be hated but I don't have a choice"Moaned DarkPelt picturing the dog killing his family in front of him then the blood moving like a stream towards him.

    Flakeflight heard the heated argument between Blue and Darkpelt. She attempted to block it out as she returned to camp.

    "I killed a wolf that would of killed someone I saved two kits I have been loyal to the clan why can noone be great full its not like I killed a cat from this clan or any animal from this clan why can't you accept that if I die no one would care absouloultly no one not even my mate that is how much I am hated for doing nothing even if I did something good who would care"Snarled DarkPelt clawing the snow "I wouldn't even care if Saevus killed me right now nobody likes me not even my kits don't you just want to rip my throat out and spit it out"

    "I'll be in the medicine cat den."
    A calm mew came from the cougar. But he of course knew he wouldn't be able to fit in the den and instead just stuck his head in and called out to whoever was in there.
