"Hrm..." Night mumbled and padded over to a skinny tree and began climbing to the top.

I padded towards a large male quietly (Spiko). I smiled and sat down in front of him. "Greetings Spiko." I said to my Pack mate.

"Hello Maria." Spiko said, looking at her with a smile.

Swift fell asleep from her gentle rasping tongue.

Maria
"Did you catch anything today?" I asked him. "I didn't even get a whiff of elk." I said embarrassed.

"Yep, I caught a antelope today, but that was it.." Spiko replied, sitting down.

Cinder quietly pressed against Swift, and fell asleep.

Maria
"I feel like a failure." I sighed. "Hopefully it'll be a better day tomorrow..."I said as my stomach growled. I licked my long canines bored. I began licking, and cleaning my pelt slowly.

"You shouldn't feel like a failure. Because, your not. I mean, Everyone has trouble hunting every once in awhile." Spiko said, licking his paw.

"I know that, but, some cats come in with heavy elks and very large deer. I usually come in with a scrawny female antelope..." I said and looked at him. "I have a confession..." I said.

"Yeah? And what would that be?" Spiko asked, cocking his head.

Maria
"Well, before my parents abandoned me... They never taught me how to hunt. I've been trying to copy what others do, but it just doesn't work... I'm ashamed..." I said and hung my head low.

Cinder woke with a start from her sleep. She thought she heard something. She left Swift's side and climbed up onto a tall rock and looked out. There it was! She could see many shadows creeping through the forest, towards camP, but could not tell what they were. Cinder leaped off high rock and alerted the other tigers. " something's coming!" she hissed loudly," To attack us!"

"I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe I could teach you?" Spiko said, perking his ears at Cinder's hiss. "What's going on?"

Amena jumped on top of her den and yowled, "BATTLESTATIONS!!!!!!!"

Cinder shook Swift to wake him up. Then, she climbed once again to the top of the rock. Now Dhe could see them! They were another pack of saber toothed tigers! Cinder jumped down from the rock and called," They're tigers! I can see them!"
Cinder took her spot in front of the healer's den, just as the attackers poured into camp, claws out and ready to attack. -
"Come on Maria!" Spiko roared, running towards camp as fast as he could, seeing the other saber toothed tigers just up ahead.

Despite her injured leg, Amena launched herself off of the top of her den and right into the leading tiger.

Moon decided to stop eating 1/100 of the way through her shark pup. She tossed it in her nest and went to sleep.
