    Welcome, To The Travelers.

Many of you may not know about what happened to the eight SnowClan cats whom went on a journey and never returned. That means if you do know about them, then you would think that we were killed like the rest of your clanmates do. If you thought such a lie, you were wrong. I, Tinystar, assembled you here today to hear the truth of the cats' journey. I know the truth, because... I was one of the eight. And I thank you for spending your time with me today to hear the truth rather than thoughtless lies. Meeting, dismissed![size=18]

  • A pure white she-cat with bright green eyes sat alone in her small den. Piles of herbs lay at her small paws, she looked down at them. I finally amounted to something...Thank you Ma'. She thank her mother in Starclan mentally, looking up through the large, stain-glass window on the far wall. She had become the Doctor Of the Travelers, she had become Greengaze again.
    <~>
A dark, massive shape loomed in the far corner of the Warrior's room. A snore came from it, his brown tabby fur rose and fell with his breathing. The older Tom was asleep, having that fateful nightmare of his mate and kits dying in a massive flood played over and over again in his mind.
    <~>
A cream-colored she-cat sat in the middle of the main room, blue eyes searching for anyone to talk to besides her son, Whisperedpaw. The gray mottle Tom laid beside his mother, small nose hurried deep in her fur lovingly. The young warrior, by the name of Blindlights purred and nuzzled her son.

  • Icepaw looked around the twe-legs den. She smiled ha[[ily to herself, feeling liek part of her returned. She padded quietly into the apprentices den, and into her nest she made a few moons ago.

  • If you looked at Visionmist you would think she was sleeping. But she was actually thinking about the dream she had. You could tell there was something bugging her, but she was definitely not going to admit it. She didn't really know herself what the dream was about. Is StarClan trying to tell me something?

    (IGOTANIDEA!)

  • A white she-cat with amber took in a shallow breath, her gaze sweeping over to her young kits. They all were healthy, which was a lucky sight since it was late Green-leaf. The weather was slowly growing cold, and prey was becoming scarce. She had to take on a warrior name early, since she did become leader. But she had refused to have 'star' made the suffix of her name. Solidstone, the forme StarClan cat, had put up a long quarrel about it, but eventually Tinywind had won.

Heronkit sat in the corner of the Leader's Den, her usual dainty appearance making her eyes slightly glow with a fraud happy expression. She was frowning on the inside. As usual, Tinywind was busy with other problems, even though she still loved her and her siblings as much as she could. Taking care of five kits were another difficult task to work on, she thought sadly. Maybe her father wasn't busy at the moment-hopefully. She had snuck into her mother's den to see what she was up to, not bothering to make any special communication.

Featherpaw rolled over in her nest while looking over at the other apprentices with a jubilant grin. "How's it going, Icepaw? I am doing quite well, to be honest! I just caught a mouse right outside the camp before dawn!" Her voice was a bit high-pitched, but you could tell she was very happy.

Ashtooth sat at the base of the Warrior's den before making his way to the entrance. He hadn't taken notice in what the other cats were doing, nor did he care that much. Gaping his mouth in a long, drowsy yawn, he slumped down.

  • Copperfang appeared at the leader's den. "Everythings running smoothly, as usual. If I were you, Tinywind, I'd take it easy." Copperfang meowed with concern. He had been a bit overprotective of Tinywind ever since her kits were born, as he did not want anyone else to share the same fate as his sister, Shinepaw. It was Copperfang's personal mission to track down Raggedfur and avenge her murder, with no luck so far. Other than that one personal demon tearing him apart on the inside, life was good for Copperfang. When he had been chosen to be deputy he thought it was some strange dream, he couldn't picture himself being relied on that much. He was not sad about leaving his birth clan, as nothing was left there for him. He was now going to go and find some herbs for Greengaze. Maybe this will make her notice me, I hope, he thought shyly to himself.

OOC: Do any of the apprentices need mentors? And ✞ґøʟøʟ☺ =P, I work for the Fanclan Newsletter, and I need to interview you about The Travelers.

  • Icepaw does! lol))

Icepaw said shyly "Hey Featherpaw. Im gonna get some air, um so yeah see yah" she padded out of the apprentices room and out of the twelogs den, she gulped in some air thinking I feel so dizzy she shook her head tiredly

  • Ooc:
1-Do you want Tinywind to host a meeting for the aprenticeship ceremony for Icepaw, or just act as if it all happened already. Same question goes for Whisperedpaw.
2-Oooo, I am intrigued. =P Is there a certain thread for the interview, or is it going to be a private kind of interview? 'Cause, c r a z y ?! also made the thread, if that makes any sense, and I was wondering if she would be included in the interview.

Ic: Tinywind quietly nodded her head, as if understanding what he meant. "That's good to hear." She glanced at her belly, which still was quite big. Ugh. Was her only thought as she padded out of the den and into the hallway. She wanted to check on her kits, whom were most likely up to nothing but trouble, but her thoughts were plastered to a different topic. Raggedfur is still out there, waiting for his next victim...

Featherpaw trudged after Icepaw with a michevious glint to her eyes. "W-wait up!" She called as she picked up her pace.

  • OOC: I sent you a pm :) and I could check with the other staff to see If I can also include c r a z y ?!.

Ic: Copperfang approached Greengaze's den. Alright, Copperpaw, play it cool, just ask if you can get some herbs. He padded into the den. "Uh, hi, Greengaze. Um, I was wondering If you needed me to collect any herbs for you..?" he asked modestly, glancing at his paws.

  • Ooc: Okie dokie, thanks. Can't post at the moment 'cause I am trying to answer professionally. =3

  • Icepaw gulped and turned around "Um... What now Featherpaw" she said quietly. She looked at Featherpaw confused

OC:@Tiny I would just pretened it already happened ^^

  • Greengaze sighed, white fur now multi-color thanks to the mid-day sunlight coming from the Stain Glass Window.

    OOC}
    Tired.

'And you said it was like fire around the brim
Burning solid burning thin the burning rim
Like stars burning holes right through the dark
Flicking fire like saltwater into my eyes
You were one inch from the edge of this bed
I dragged you back a sleepyhead'

. Oriole sat under the light streaming in from a large window, her eyes dialated in thought and concentration. Her mind was a million miles away and, as usual, the young kit paid little attention to the world around her.

If only the world she lived in was as exciting as the worlds she created in her mind.

With a shake of her head, the young she-cat came out of her trance. She blinked her mix match eyes lightly, realizing she had once again lost the day dream to the real world.

    What a drag.

Oriole looked around the "camp", a purr of happiness vibrating in her throat. Her family and friends. They were here to protect her and keep her company... but sometimes, she wished there were others. More adventures to be had. What trouble could she get into with her family watching so closely?

Instead, she turned her attention to a familiar warrior.

"Hey Ashtooth!" Oriolekit purred as she pranced over to him, hoping he might purge her boredom. .

[size=7pt]'They couldn't think of something to say the day you burst
With all their lions and all their might and all their thirst
They crowd your bedroom like some thoughts wearing thin
Against the walls against your rules against your skin
My beard grew down to the floor and out through the doors
Of your eyes, begonia skies like a sleepyhead'

  • Visionmist pushed the dream away for a while and got up, padding out of the warriors den.

    (low muse :P)

  • Icepaw looked around at anything but Featherpaw, since she made her feel slightly uncomfortable, Icekit looked nervous as she listened to Featherpaw quietly

  • OOC: Copperfang can mentor Icepaw, if you want. And Copperfang's crush is developing, and I have a cat named Brownpaw who could be a nurse...
IC: "Um, I guess I'll, um, hunt some more, so uh, bye."Copperpaw stammered. The reflection from the window made her look even more beautiful. He padded out of the den and broke into a run.

  • Ooc: I will add it to the first post. =P Alright then. Just make sure you sign up Brownpaw! c8

Ic: Featherpaw could tell that Icepaw was uncomfortable. "Er, Nevermind. I guess I'll leave you to your-whatever you are doing." And with that, the she-cat fled.

Ashtooth gazed down at his niece with a forced smile, trying to act as if he was fine. "Hellooo Oriolekit. How's it going?" He asked as he prodded her shoulder with his unusually large paw. His claws were unsheathed, so he was careful not to puncture any of her soft skin. Snakevenom would have his head off if he did so.

  • Oriole smiled widely back, batting at her uncles paw with a giggle.

"A little boring." She said lightly with a lick to her lips, "But I like this two-leg place. There are a ton of holes to explore!"

Oriole's eyes glazed quickly once she spotted a window, and she instantly thought of what it might be like to fly. How wonderful would it be to soar above everyone?

But the day dream was gone as fast as it came, and she was focused again on Ashtooth.

"Why are we 'The Travelers'? Can't we be 'The Travelers Who Settle Down Once They Find A Cool Home'? I really like this place..."
