    Lightninstorm snorted and walked our of camp before anyone could stop him, muttering something about loners.


    OOC- continued in Bloodrise's attack


    Tundrapaw glanced at Mary sympathetically.

    Cedarheart glared at Lightningstorm. Stormcloud watched Mary, his eyes narrowed as he looked down at his apprentice. He hoped Flaxfire got to mentor one too.

    Dreamstar frowned as she watched Mary shrink down. She then yowled. "Magickit, from this day on until you receive your warrior name, you shall be known as Magicpaw. I will mentor you myself."


    Magicpaw's eyes gleamed with excitement and joy as she stumbled forward to touch noses.

    Tundrapaw watched with mild interest. Lightningstorm had once rebuked him for not being patient enough. Some example he set.

    Ripclaw suddenly slipped into the meeting as quietly as he could. A few apprentices glanced at him but nobody payed him much attention. He sat on the edge of the crowd and calmly stared at the events taking place.

    [size=1]Tigertail yawned, coming in and sitting down, though he did this quietly. Some cats turned to watch him, then turned, not giving him a second glance. He watched with interest, remembering his ceromonies. Oh how he loved them![/size]

    Lunepaw hapilly touched noses with her new mentor. Then seeing all the glances of narrowed... eyes... towards Mary she hissed out in madness for people not trusting the loner, she had saved her life! "Oh for goodness sake! she saved my life! Give her a brake!" Mistkit waited to see if she would even become a apprentice.

    Falconclaw Walked into camp and deposited he rabbit onto the fresh-kill pile, wondering where Lightningstorm was going and sat down quietly next to Ripclaw

    Dreamstar looked down amoung the asembled cats, her green eyes gleaming "Mistkit, from this day until you recieve your warrior name, you will be known as Mistpaw." She looked down amoung the cats again, daring them to challenge her "Flaxfire, you will be a mentor to Mistpaw. I trust that you will treat her with patience."


    Flaxfire blinked in surprise. Her tail curled in delight and she stepped forward to touch noses wit Mistpaw. She stopped arubtly. "Mentor a blind kit!" she hissed, not caring who heard her "Is there something about me that stops me from mentoring a normal cat?" She stared at her leader through narrowed eyes.


    Dreamstar glared down at Flaxfire and cooly told her "Mistpaw is just as good as any of the other apprentices! I thought you could teach each other..." Dreamstar wasn't lying, Flaxfire needed to learn a bit of tolerance and patience and this was the perfect way to do it.


    Flaxfire stared at her leader for a moment longer then reluctantly stepped forward to touch noses with Mistpaw.

    Stormcloud narrowed his eyes, watching Flaxfire and Mistpaw. He felt slightly proud of her. He would have completely lost his patience in her place. It was known that though these days he was more level-headed and calm, he was prideful.
    Magicpaw happily watched her sister, Hailpaw purring. They had been worried that Mistkit would not be apprenticed.

    Dreamstar narrowed her eyes at Flaxfire, waiting for the new mentor and apprentice to meet.


    Flaxfire bent down to touch noses with Mistpaw. She closed her eyes, trying to hide her anger.

    Magicpaw hissed in encouragement. "C'mon Mistpaw."


    Stormcloud watched, his eyes narrowed as he tried to understand how Flaxfire must be feeling. He looked at his apprentice, Lunepaw, and he felt guilty.

    Dreamstar looked down at her clan, disapointed about the way Flaxfire had reacted. She jumped down to signal that the clan meeting was over.


    Flaxfire looked down at her new apprentice and couldn't help feeling a glow of warmth. "We'll begin training tomorrow" she mewed quietly.

    Magicpaw and Hailkit immediately padded up to their littermates. "This is awseome." Magicpaw cried, her tail flicking. "We're real apprentices!" her black pelt gleamed.

    Flaxfire couldn't help smiling at the apprentices enthusiasm.


    Dreamstar padded towards Magickit "Shall we start training tomorrow?" she asked her new apprentice.
