    Sophie held tightly onto her mothers hand, brushing past the crowds of people that were hurriedly brushing by. The 2 year old walked faster, trying to keep up with her mother. Suddenly, her mothers hand slipped out of hers, and she was lost among the crowd. "Mommy?" she called out, tears welling in her eyes. "Mommy!!!!" she yelled, tears now falling down her rosy cheeks.

    A eight year old boy and girl looked at the child,and the girl looked at her brother "..Should we help her?" She asked. The boy nodded and went to Sophie

    Sophie was frantic, searching for her mother, she looked over the sea of people but did not see her. She cried harder.

    Sophie backed away from them, afraid, her mother had always told her not to talk to strangers.

    "I don't know.." she whimpered.

    "You will?" she asked, tears still in her eyes.

    Sophie smiled.

    She pointed towards the shops in the small town.

    There was the sound of a gunshot and a scream, Sophie saw a person laying motionless on the cold cement pavement, she squirmed trying to get to the woman. "MOMMY!!" she shrieked.

    She started squirming more. "Mommy!!!!!"

    She whimpered, tears falling rapidly down her cheeks.
