  • Ivybranch glanced at Falconpaw with a smile. "You will be a wonderful warrior Falconpaw. I can see it already, Falconstar, can't you?" She got up, and helped him with the moss.

  • Falconpaw smiled at her. "Thanks, Ivybranch." He ducked his head down as they entered the nursery and put down his pile of moss.

  • Ivybranch made a nest, then started on another. "Well, you are a very nice apprentice, respectful, nice, never have much of an aditude, like Salamanderpaw, she does have quite the warrior spirt."

  • "Yeah." Falconpaw agreed and looked around. "Do you think you'll need more moss?" He asked Ivybranch, wondering if he should head out again.

  • Ivybranch shook her head. "No, I will be fine, thank you Falconpaw!" She said cheerily, licking him on the head as if she was his mother. She lay down in her fresh nest, and purred. "Thank you."

Salamanderpaw padded in at just that time, carring herbs for her sister. She turned to look at Falconpaw, but you couldn't see her eyes, they were covered by fur. She flicked her tail angrily. "Falconpaw, what are you doing?"

  • Falconpaw turned to look at Salamanderpaw. "I helped Ivybranch get new bedding for the nursery. The old bedding smelled bad." He explained cheerfully. Cleaning out the dens was a normal task for apprentices like himself so he didn't mind doing it.

  • Salamanderpaw nodded, walking over to her sister, and sitting next to her, putting the herbs next to her. "Eat these, they will help." She turned back to Falconpaw. "Thank you for helping my sister, Falconpaw, would you mine coming with me to gather more herbs? We are running low on kitting supplies, and Ivybranch is very close to birth." Her tone was flat, along with her facial expressions.

  • Salamderpaw flashed him a grin, but it soon fanished. She padded out of camp, towards the herb they needed. "My sister says I need to get some apprentice friends. I don't think it is that required, but, for my sister, I will try. So? Falconpaw? What do you enjoy to do?"

  • Falconpaw followed her and stayed silent for a moment. "What do I like to do?" He paused then continued. "I like serving my clan, but I'm guessing your asking about what I like doing for fun?" He paused and glanced at her to confirm his guess.

  • "Either one would be valuable information, Falconpaw." Salamanderpaw said back to him softly. Which was strange for her because her voice was usually harsh and quick. The calico cat padded up to the tree, and smiled quickly before it vanished like water vapor. She took long hooked claws and took off dry chunks of bark off slowly. "Tell me about yourself, if you please to."

  • "Um, OK." Falconpaw shrugged. "I like running. It never bores me since when running in the forest you have to constantly dodge obstacles. I like to say I do it for agility training but really I just run for fun." He looked over to what she was doing. "Do you need help taking the bark off?" He asked.

  • Salamanderpaw flicked her ear. "No thank you, I am alright with getting it, just need help hauling it back." She ripped off another strand of hard bark. She turned to face him, her fur covering her eyes. "Sounds fun, I guess. You have a little apprentice she cat your into?" She said with a quick smirk before turning around to work on another piece of bark.

  • "Because I'm in love with you and I was just seeing if you were still single." Salamderpaw said with a smirk, turning around. "Joking, I was just curious, now, help me tarry these back." She ordered, grabbing a mouthful.
