Just try to be positive. Talk with your friends, or find fun threads or look at lolcats. (That always helps me XD) Just remember that sounds and hallucinations can't hurt you, no matter how real they seem. The more you think about something scary, the more likely you'll dream about. Trust me, I had a lot of nightmares when I was younger. I just tried not to think about them until I forgot, and then I could sleep peacefully.
