  • The sole tom gave a squeak and finally shut up -- though only momentarily, as if to catch his breath -- and then he was wailing once again.

"Dude, can't you shut them up?" Okrakit meowed loudly, her complaint echoing around the den. Her mother seemed to be nowhere -- that and her siblings. So she supposed she'd have to find herself an adventure on her own. The blue she-kit was feeling rather sour about the whole issue, and thus in none too good a mood.

  • Rushmoon purred a little and licked each kit and purred at her mate nuzzling him. Rushmoon looked to the older kit and gave a small hiss. She felt protective over the new kits. "I'm sure you where just as loud as a new born." she meowed to the older kit. She wasn't often this rude but she couldn't help it.

    Hollowkit meowed a little.

  • "Oh yeah? Well... well..." Okrakit clawed the ground in silent, stirring anger. "Just leave me alone!" she exclaimed, turning her head away from the mother doting over her children. Why didn't Hailclaw do that to her anymore? Tears sprang to her eyes.

  • Rushmoon lifted her head and calmed a little and licked three her kits. "What is wrong? Are you crying?" she meowed softly to the kit. She felt bad for the kit for crying.

  • "I said leave me alone!" Damn. Okrakit sniffled loudly -- though she hardly meant to -- in an attempt to stem her tears. This cat was asking more about her than her mother had in like... a moon at least. And that was a long, long time in her shot lifespan.

  • Rushmoon sighed and got up leaving the three kits beside her mate and went to the older kit. "I know you don't mean it." she meowed softly and sat down beside the older kit. "What is wrong?" she meowed softly.

Hollowkit squeaked a little when her mother got up but calmed down beside her father.

  • "Nothing." Okrakit mewed stiffly, her eyes guarded. But even as she apprectiated Rushmoon's concern, it made her terribly upset to know about the care not being given to her by her own mother.

Peanutkit screamed louder as his mother left.

  • Rushmoon sighed and got up. "If you want to talk to me then come to me." she meowed and headed over to her mate and kits and laid back down nuzzled her son. "shh I'm right here little one." she meowed softly to her son.

  • "Are you actually crying?" Cutkit had wandered over, and was staring incredulously at Okrakit, who had failed to follow Rushmoon. The gray tom kit's cruel laugh hit the air. "You know BloodClan would kill you for that. It's such weakness." he said with a flick of his tail, unclentching a claw. His father was Rollout, and though his mother had been merely a captive of BloodClan until being rescued by the march, he had picked up their ways not only in his blood, but from living the first moons of his life with them.

Okrakit cried harder. Cutkit, a grin stretching across his half-BloodClan face, jumped on her -- forgetting his claws were out and therefore creating a good amount of blood falling from the blue she-kit's body. "Weakling!" he taunted her, going in for another swipe.

  • Rushmoon sighed and gave a hiss. "Cutkit!" she meowed sternly though he wasn't her kit and was kind of glad he wasn't. Hollowkit stayed beside her mother.

  • As if Cutkit was about to listen to a mere warning -- even if it was a stern one. His mother Tansytail had probably had more than a few headaches over just him. Markerkit and Greenkit were mild compared to this vicious one. He was older than Okrakit, and more powerful too. WindClanners were know for their speed: but ThunderClan their strength. And ThunderClan had been his father's original origin, though few knew that much of his history. He gave her a good thrashing. She had never watched cats fight, and didn't know how to react but to feebly put her paw against him, but it did no good. Tears falling down the blue she-kit's face, she mewed desperately "Stop." But Cutkit was on no mood to listen. A rather substantial pool of blood was beginning to form about Okrakit; and she was feeling dizzy as Cutkit made to slash her across the face yet again.

  • Rubykit could feel movement and blurred out noises nearby. And she didn't like it one bit. What was going on? Still so clueless in this world the she-kit was helpless and so, she simple curled up in to a tight protected ball in hopes of falling back to sleep.

  • Rushmoon sighed what was she to do? Could she go over and help? She wasn't sure she stayed where she was with the kits.

    Hollowkit stayed asleep.

  • Rushmoon gave a hiss and got up and clawed at Cutkit not hard but enough to try get him away from the kit.
