    This is placed in the world 2077, The nuclear war has destroyed most cities and Settlements but most people survived in Valuts.
    You start out in Goodsprings. A little Town. The mojave (pronuccoed Mohave: Long E ) Wasteland. Everyone there is Friendly.
    Please be Serious! Dont go shooting a freaking Fat Man (Mini Nuke Gun) Into the New Vegas. I'l Explain the Cities Later.

    NCR is the New California Rebuplic Which is the Good guys Basiclly. They operate in the New Vegas Strip. Which is the Gambling District
    Caeser's Legion Are good guys in thier own eyes. Caeser's legion Controls most of Mojave Wasteland .
    They are very Strict. Like the real Caeser's Legion. NCR and the Legion are both Sworn Enemies

    History: Born in vault 10001, mother died giving birth. She was raised by her father until she was ten, then she escaped the vault and has been liing as a refugee ever since.
    Reputation: Bad-girl type, saves when she's feeling generous, you do something wrong and arent real friendly she'll blow your brains out. Has very bad karma.

    Danny walked with Rex. His Best friend. A dog. He was a Legion Sniper. He kept on walking with his Gun he named Laura. It was a Top of the class Sniper Rifle.

    Nico looked around for her next victim when she saw Danny, she got her sniper, ak-57 machine gun scope out faster then you can say he- and charged him with the barrel of the revolver (did i forget to mention it was a revolver to? oops.) pointed at his chest she stripped him if his weapons and demanded to know who he was. so he couldn't escape she backed him up against a tree, "Who the heck are you? And what are you doing in my territory?"

    He just grinned. "You dont know who I am, dont you?"

    "I dont freaking care who you are, just give me your bottle caps and i'll let you leave, if not say good by to your brains." she said kicking him in the crotch with her spied toe steel toe boots

    Well then" He said. He Headbutted her and disarmed her.

    "Fool, it dont work like that," she laughed showing the arm brace that was attached to the gun, "cant dissarm me," the brace is a sign of weakness when i have none, when i was two i blew off my arm murdering some punk that got me mad she thought

    He kept on grinning. He ran away. When he was in the Sand Dunes, he aimed his Sniper Rifle and Shot her leg

    It pinged off her leg"I got a metal leg to moron!" she laughed as she shot him, him having no armor as she had stripped him of it the bullet hit him in the hread

    He was hit in the Arm. He Ignored the Pain. "fine want Caps? I'l give you some." He Threw a bag full of 20 caps at her.

    "Thanks," she said putting them away, "For 20 more we could become allies." she smiled she was rediculosly beautiful when she smiled, "And i'll patch that arm up."

    Here." He therw a bag with 100 caps in it. "Im Rich. Also, Dont you recongize my outfit?" He asked
