  • Ok, so lets begin.
First do you have the 'paint' application on your computer?

  • Good, we'll need that soon. ;]

    Go to this link
Right click on it the image
Click "save image as" and save it somewhere on your computer.

  • ~ Open your paint application and go to 'File.'
~ Click 'Open,' and open the picture.
Now you get to decorate\color in the frames (each cat picture).
*Tips - you should use the 'paint can' option for large areas like the body and the background. The 'pencil' or 'paintbrush' will come in handy for details.
    ~ Zoom in if necessary.
~ Since this is your first one I'd try something simple.

When you finish with all the frames, make sure you click 'save as' NOT 'save'. If you do it will save OVER your base.

    Any questions so far?

  • Yes. Because that was my only option. maybe you should try it and see what happens.

  • After you've done 'Save As, ' use the Rectange Cropping tool and outline the first frame.
Click 'Copy.' Go to 'File' and click 'New.'
Paste your copied frame onto that new page
Change the size of the "paper" to match the size of this frame.
You might have to zoom in to get it just right. (Note* if you don't it will make the licky look bad later on)
Go to 'save as' and save the first frame.

    And ok, thats fine.

  • Use "File" again and click "Open."
Reopen your base and do the same things you did with Frame 1 to all the others. Make the sizes of the frames equal!

Once you finished with all the frames (saved and everything) go to Iaza.com
I'll tell you more once you've finished that.

  • Once you're at Iaza.com click the orange circle with the arrow inside of it.
    Then press 'choose file'
    Find your FIRST licky frame
    Click 'load image'

It will take you back to the screen with the orange circle once you've uploaded it.
Under the column titled 'Mix' you should find 'Frame Animation'
Click on 'Frame Animation' It should have 52 slots, each with 'Choose File'
Your first licky frame will already be there since you uploaded it earlier.
Press the 'choose file' for 'number 2', find the licky frame 2.
Click the 'choose file' button on 'number 3,' and do the same thing.
Continue this process until you've done all 11 frames.

At the very bottom of the screen for 'Frame Animation' there is a button for 'Speed'
    Choose 1/10 for the speed.
Then next to 'Speed' there is another button for 'Loops'
    Choose 'Infinite for loops

Press Convert and the licky frames will come to life!
Underneath the picture preview, above the small orange arrow there should be a button that says 'view image'
Click on it and another window will come up. On the new window you can either save it to your computer or get the link for the licky. (or both)

    Questions?

  • That's a great licky :D
    Just one thing:
i noticed one of the frames was a bit uneven compared to the rest. But it's still great!

I found these tutoriasl just in case you get stuck later on:

    And
This is just a bit outdated, but it still has the same basic instructions.
