Twigstripe panicked for a second, but then leaped into action. Aiming to slice it's throat with his claw.

OOC- I hope this isn't too graphic for anyone.....
Twigstripe hooked his claw in its throat and tore it open, causing the cougar to stumble. It fell to the ground, blood pouring out of it's throat.

IC: Torntail felt the pressure leave her chest, but the battle was not won, blood poured from her own gaping wounds in her fur.
