  • "And you've been alone since then, I take it?" Taz asked casually, rhetorically. He gazed upward at the flickering sky. "I also take it stayin' wasn' an option?"

  • {10/20} Rainheart shook her head. "The whole Clan thought I would become loyal to ShadowClan." She sighed, resting her head on her paws. "I've stayed with a few loners along the way, but they're... Loners." She mewed.

  • Dawnfire, an outcast windclan warrior with to many thoughts in her mind. To much hatred. The bright exploding stars made the grey she-cat feel alive, like she could run forever. She flexed her claws and padded Sweetly over to a female twoleg kit. Squealing, the kit dropped it's meat and reached for Dawnfire. Blinking her green eyes, she made quick calculations. If she hit the paw just right, it should disable the kit for just long enough to grab the meat and run. Without second thought, Dawnfire executed to move movements perfectly. Drawing blood, she grabbed the meat. Her paws wre quiet on the thick grass. Sitting softly down, she ate her meat and watched the show.

  • Taz frowned. "I can't say I understand all that complicated political stuff." He considered for a moment; his yellow-orange eyes were quietly blazing with unaccustomed thought. "Loners, ya say... by that, d'you mean they just weren' part of a Clan? Is there somethin' bad 'bout that?"

  • Dawnfire heard the question and joined them, having finished her meat. "Not personally. But the clans have laws and the warriors think differently. When you are kicked out if your clan, as I was as well, loners are kind when you find a kind loner, but they aren't the same." Dawnfire smiled lightly. "I hope that helped." she murmured softly. Sitting down, the grey cat devoured the last of her meat.

  • "I suppose, but Loners usually like to be... Well, left alone." She meowed. A few Loners offered to let her stay with them, but she had refused. She paused as Dawnfire walked over. "What Clan?"

Leafpaw tilted her head to the side, "Moonclan? I never heard of it before." Leafpaw meowed. "Well nice to meet you Flickerpaw." Leafpaw meowed kindly. Her green gaze then wandered around them, "Are you here alone?" Leafpaw asked curiously as her green eyes settled back on him. She didn't notice any other cat that seemed to know Flickerpaw, but it unlikely that a shy cat like him would come out here alone.

Applepaw smiled, "Well we can just be friends, we can see eachother at gatherings and we can talk to eachother at the border if we both stay on our sides, I mean we wouldn't be breaking any rules.." Applepaw meowed. Then, she looked down at her paws, "I get it if you don't want to be my friend, it's allright." Applepaw meowed nervously. She was used to cats denying her. She sometimes asked if cat's could be her friends even if she barely knew them.

  • Wintersoul was sitting a bit away from the others, her gaze drawn to the strange things firing above her. She was dazzled by the beauty of the lights as they exploded, setting off many sparks as they rained down, but never touching the grass. Her aqua eyes seemed multicoloured as she watched them, the reflection bouncing off of her blue orbs. Her white, brown, and toffee calico pelt seemed almost black in the surrounding shadows, with only the lights above revealing it's true colour. Spellbound, she continued watching the lights, her tail flicking lazily in the dirt beneath her,

  • Post Three:
"Oh I'm very sorry if I did, all do I don't see a bird... I know I'm short sighted but still... anyway it's nice to meet you. Both of you" she said a little confused but attempting to act polite, she didn't want to get on any cats bad side. Especially after the last time she did that...

  • Forbiddeniota scratched a hole in the earth, dumping an extra steak and braised pork into the hole. She would save it for later, even it meant it was wet and muddy and not warm, it was better than nothing. She licked her lips, starting on yet another sirloin steak.

  • Post Four:
FrostyPaw sees the cat burying and pads over and sits next to the cat "what are you doing? You'll ruin that food like that" she complain. But then reflects and notices "oh your going to pick it up later... but it will still be ruined, perhaps you should find somewhere not so wet, that way your less lightly to get a tummy ache from eating it" she said.

  • Forbiddeniota looked at the apprentice. "The juices will ruin it anyway," she said. But, seeing point in what this apprentice was saying, she redug the meat and dropped it on some fresh leaves, hesitant to leave the place by the holly bush.

  • Post Four:
"What wrong?" FrostyPaw asked tilting her head as she saw the way the older cat hesitated "don't you like twolegs? I used to live close to them, I don't feel scared, unless they try to step on me. Do you want me to come with you? I can't find my mentor and don't like walking around alone anyway" she said smiling sweetly up at the cat.

Nevaeh nervously walked over to the tables of food. She was really hungry, still learning to hunt. She was happy to have a free meal. She looked over at Firegaze, the orange tsbby tom next to her. They met at the flood, when he saved her and he said it was unsafe for a fox to be traveling by herself. He decided to accompany her to this event.

"Ready to eat?" Firegaze asked, looking around at the twolegs.

    Nevaeh nodded eagerly.

  • Wintersoul, finally snapping out of her daze, got up, and padded towards the tables with the food carefully, being careful not to be noticed by any of the Twolegs. Swiftly she hopped onto the table, and took some sort of meat, before jumping back down and stalking off a safe distance away. She delved into her food, her aqua eyes scanning the area around her. She felt awkward - no-one to talk to, no-one to watch the lights with... why was she even here? Shaking her head slightly, she once more delved into the food, the tender taste spreading in her mouth like wildfire. It was delicious.

Sedge hung back to the sidelines. Twolegs were her worst fear next to monsters, as they rode in their bellies and were almost as destructive. Almost. And she wasn't the kind of mangy cat to be ignored by twolegs either. She was cute to them, from her black nose splashed upon upon her white face, to her dainty white paws, to her completely black tail. She was long, and her short fur was extremely soft. She was a big attraction for twoleg kits who ran after the uglier rogues anyway. She didn't even know how he ended up here. She was out hunting, and she caught a scent. It smelled of burnt bird. She composed the thought of a fire, and she thundered through the forest, hoping to warn her friend Enlightment about the flames, after all she was on the move and not very cautious. But when she came all she saw were twolegs and cats. It was amazing to see warriors who acted so independent be hanging around twolegs like fat old kittypets. She snorted, before walking stiffly towards the scent of food, planning not to be seen or heard. She had injured her leg from a run in with a few foxes, and it had affected her running. Ah, running, it was Sedge's safe haven, her way to escape the burden of fears, she could do it forever, to feel the wind on her face, running through the open air. Sometimes the forest just felt so closed in. But she had to live there, for the moor allowed no place to hide, and she had been exiled from WindClan for breaking the warrior code. Thrice. Anyways she couldn't live with all those other cats, depending on eachother to survive. She was completely independent and she was proud of that. No one to fuss over, no one to risk her life over, just sweet, beautiful solitude, just the way she liked it.

Nevaeh took a pause from her engorging of food and saw Wintersoul and smiled, "Hi!" She yipped out. Firegaze lifted his head to look at whoever Nevaeh had spoken to. He saw the cat and ate slower, ready to help Nevaeh with anything defensive things. He worried for the little vixen. He had felt mistrusting at first as well when he had met her, he didn't want her getting hurt by an especially fearful cat.

  • SUPREMESUMMITS.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent][font=georgia][size=8]summits ignored the cat quickly and watched the fireworks. they hurt his ears but they were beautiful. that's when the scents of cheese started to annoy him again.

ugh. cheese. how he craved it really badly when he first smelled it over here.

    [[ 3 out of 20. ]]

  • Wintersoul looked up in surprise, and purred at the she-cat who called out to her. "Hi!" She said, her tail lashing in happiness that someone actually spoke to her. She picked up her food, and padded forward, hopeful that she didn't seem rude in doing so. She placed down her food to say "Would it be a bother if I sat with you? I'm terribly lonely." She said, looking down in embarrassment.

Sedge scrunched her face up in disgust as she looked at the burnt blackened food those cats were eating. But, it did look good, and she decided if she could just nick a piece, she'd be safe. She flicked her gaze up too a young man who was cooking what seemed to be a round, flat meaty disk. It didn't smell very great, and she moved on, until she found a young twoleg woman and her kit roasting what seemed to be a large bird. Sedge glared at them, waiting for some food to drop or a chance to steal it. But the twoleg kit pointed at her and giggled, and the smiling twoleg woman leaned over, and dropped a piece of the bird. It landed on Sedge's head and bounced off. Sedge backed up in surprise. The kit reached out chubby hands to reach for her, and Sedge turned tail. Perhaps a cat would allow her to share. Oh, what was she thinking. She wasn't a Clan cat, she was a rogue, she had never shared. She just wanted to go home.
