Silvercross, the kittypet, sat alone. She was completely miserable. She padded out of the bush, away from the gathering. She lied down in an area where no one was at, but could be easy to see. She had been attacked many times, which is why her mate left her. She lied down, resting her chin on her paws, and tried hard to fall asleep.
