  • Larkwing heard Meemow's screams and ran to her, or at least tried. She ran into a tree halfway there.

  • [align=center][font=georgia]Ting looked over at the cats who were going to help Meemow. She sighed, knowing that Yanjun wouldn't let her help. Then she heard Spartley mewl and scurry into the corner of her den. "It's alright, your safe with me now." She purred. Yanjun chuckled. "For a cat as insane as you, you sure are motherly."

  • Spartley wondered where his mother was, and who took him away from her. His stomach rumbled. When could he suckle again?

  • [align=center][font=georgia]"Oh, I didn't think of what I'd feed him with!" Ting growled at herself. "Yanjun, what should I-" but the skeleton was snoring in the corner of the den. Ting scowled and picked up Spartley. She padded out of her den, wondering who could help her.

  • [align=center][font=georgia]Ting looked around for Elvina. "She must be helping Meemow..." she hissed. Setting Spartley down, she called "Elvina! I need some help!"

  • Elvina heard Ting call and cursed under her breath. "Perfect timing," she muttered. She went to the door of the Disabled Cat's hut and called into the night air, "Could you come to me? I'm rather busy." She waited for an answer but kept her eye focused on Meemow.

  • [align=center][font=georgia]"Sure," she replied. Ting brought Spartley to the disabled hut, hoping that Yanjun wouldn't wake up and think that she was disobeying him. "I know you're busy, Elvina, but I need help with this kit."

  • Using her ears, Larkwing padded up to you guys. "Hey guys. What's the problem?"

  • "I'm trying to work with Meemow," she began. "Could you help Ting with the kit?" Elvina asked Larkwing.

  • Red stands for Gwen, a bloodthirsty, clever she-cat.
    Green stands for Remus, a happy-go-lucky tom-cat, a glass-half-full kind of guy.
White is for Jonelle, a mild, calm she-cat but can go hyper at any moment.
Orange is for Luke, a pessimist tom cat.
    Teal is Meemow herself.

Meemow was on the verge of tears. "Gwen," she half-sobbed. "I hate Gwen!" She shrieked, her huge bright yellow eyes suddenly flying open. "She wants me to use my claws and fangs, to show I'm not insane!"
"They're flocking to see what's wrong, Meemow, show them now." Gwen whispered in her ear.
"NO!" shrieked Meemow again, shutting her eyes. No one else could hear why she was tormented. The voices stirred only her ear fur and pounded in her eardrums alone.
"Why not?" Luke hissed. "It's not like you have anything better to do."
"Shut UP!" Meemow yelled. Then the bipolar she-cat shrieked, a horrible, blood-curdling scream and clawed her foreleg. Maybe if she hurt herself, she could hurt Gwen and Luke, too.

  • Elvina tried to calm Meemow. "Meemow," she began urgently. "You need to calm down. Hurting yourself will not solve anything." Elvina padded closer to Meemow and yanked her claws away from her foreleg. "Don't worry, others are here to help you." She turned around, "Ting I need some help with these cuts. Hand the kit to Larkwing and she can take care of him for you."

  • [align=center][font=georgia] Ting nodded, handing Spartley to Larkwing. She darted back into her den, startling the sleeping Yanjun. "Yanjun, Elvina told me to help Meemow. You have to let me help now!" Ting said frantically. Yanjun grunted. "Fine, go help."

Meemow's blood stained her fur, and ran down the side of her foreleg. She hissed, her eyes shut.

    "Get away," she moaned.

  • [align=center][font=georgia]Ting grabbed some marigolds and cobwebs and dashed back to the disabled hut. "Meemow, I'm here to help you, okay?" She purred.

  • Larkwing was so confused about everyones' moving around. "Where did you guys go?"

  • Enredo padded up to Larkwing and laid his tail gently over her back. "All is fine, they are all helping the disabled she-cat. Come, let us go to the nursery and help this poor kit." he mewed in a strange accent.

    OOC: he has a spanish/mexican accent :3

  • Satisfied and tired, Deathstride decided to take a break. He was in his favorite spot in the woods, right under a bunch of leafy, low trees in the shade, when he heard a stick crack. He crouched down behind one of the trees and slowly turned around to see what was there. What was there was a large fox (large for a fox, not a two-leg). He didn't see how he could get away, but he couldn't just take on a fox by himself. So he started slowly up the tree where the fox wouldn't bother looking. The fox just passed by. But Deathstride still saw trouble. He was heading for the camp! He couldn't possibly get there in time to warn everyone and beat the fox. He'd have to go wide, which would take longer, or go the same way as the fox, which would get him seen and possibly injured and/or killed. He noticed a near-by tree branch to the next tree, and had an idea. It was only 50% chance to work, the other 50% percent chance being falling to the ground and attracting the fox, but he had no choice. He took his stance, and jumped. He made it! He did it from tree to tree, and lost the fox behind him. He got back to camp and yelled, "Fox!"
