Moonclaw sighed as she sat on her tail, watching out for the one that she had dreamed of... Whoever he - or she - was, they were going to be important to her. She just didn't know how...

Rowan jumped from treetop to treetop, enjoying himself in the moments he wasn't being pained by his shattered hip.
-
Moonclaw looked up at the sound. "Hey, who's up there?" she asked, her creamy fur bristling slightly.
-
Rowan stopped and jumped down from the tree. "I'm Rowan." he mewed.
-
Moonclaw blinked in surprise. "Are you... Do you know me, Rowan?"
-
Rowan shook his head. "No, but you seem familiar." He mewed.
-
Moonclaw nodded enthusiastically. "I dreamed about you!" she blurted out, jumping to her paws.
-
"Uh, what?" Rowan mewed.
-
Moonclaw shook her head, embarrassed. "N-nothing," she said. "So, what are you doing here?"
-
"I was going through the trees while my hip was okay." He mewed.
-
"I-Is it hurt?" Moonclaw asked, nervously approaching him and sniffing his sides.
-
"Yeah, it's fine. When I was young a twoleg dropped a heavy stone on me." He mewed.
-
"That's horrible!" Moonclaw gasped. She bristled. "Does it still hurt? I can set the bone."
-
Rowan smiled."No, it's alright. It happened when I was a kit."
-
Moonclaw fidgeted, her eyes avoiding Rowan's. "S-so... Um... H-have you ever heard of the Hprizon Mountains?" she asked. Her paws worked at the ground in embarrassement.
-
Rowan looked at Moonclaw. "Yeah, my mother told me stories about them when I was young." he mewed.
-
"Um... Well... I was headed there and I was hoping that you could... maybe... come along?" She blinked her green eyes pleadingly, shuffling her paws.
-
"Yeah, why not? I have nothing else to do." Rowan mewed.
-
"Really?" Moonclaw asked, disbelievingly. "I mean, it's a dangerous journey and there's a lot of foxes and badgers and not a lot of prey and you barely know me and there's not that much water and..." Idiot, why are you trying to make this sound like a bad idea? Oh, no, wait... This technically is a bad idea... Moonclaw got lost in thought, sitting pensively on her tail, swaying a little as her mind spun.
-
Rowan looked over at Moonclaw. "It's okay."
