    More tears ran down her cheeks.
    How?

    She hastily wiped tears away.
    R-Really?

    She slowly stood up, deciding to trust him.
    You aren't one of the sick people who offer me something i need and then...her voice trailed off.

    "What no!I lost my family too.The only one I didn't loose is my step dad-but I wish he would die." he said."I just want to help." he admitted.

    She nodded.
    I have a step-dad....That's why I'm on the streets....He did bad things to me....So I ran away....

    Taryze had begun to shake at his touch.
    P-Please don't do that again....

    "I am so sorry." he gasped.Ace saw her shaking "But it's no reason to make you shake like that it wasn't like if I was going to do anything." he explained.

    She took a timid step back.
    I've just had some bad expiernces.....Its instinct...

    Ace pulled her "Don't get to close to the bridge." he warned.He started to walk away "Come'on you've had a long day you need rest." he said smiling.

    Taryze followed quietly, not a single emotion on her face.

    Ace opened the door to his house it was "big" enough for at least three people."Do you want to sleep in a room?" he asked.

    Taryze stepped inside.
    That's up to you...

    "Yeah you will that's your room," he said pointing to the room on the left."One more question do you want to do something-eat,watch t.v.?" he asked.

    Taryze shook her head and walked into the room.
    She closed the door quietly, just in case his stepdad was there.
    She sat on the bed and curled up in a ball.
    She rocked back and forth.

    Ace stared at her room "Wow I'm an idiot." he muttered to himself.At least his stepdad wouldn't be there-but as always he was wrong.His "dad" came inside drunk as always."Hey kid get me a beer and go to your room." he ordered.ace did as he was told-he didn't want Taryze to get hurt.

    Taryze was so tired.
    She laid down in the bed, and dozed off.
