    "Seems so." Willowstar responded. "I'll have the shadowstalkers dragg it back to our crowfood pile. We'll have a full stomache tonight!" she howled.

    "Awesome!" He yelled and leaped into the air, lifting one paw up into the sky.

    Speric heard the howl too and thanked Lunar for this great blessing and returned to the cave to see in his dreams wether this was a sign of a that there will be and year ahead with plentiful food.


    Wild fire remained where he was but watched as pack members dragged the elk to camp Thank Lunar for this great blessing for food so we can have plenty of food of a day or two, He said in a grateful voice

    Willowstar gazed at the elk. "thank lunar." she sniffed. Then she approached the elk and ripped off its hide, looking for tasty meat to devour.

    (sorry i was gone for two days. I"m just going to warn you that i might be gone the rest of today and i'll be back on monday)

    When Willowstar's appetite was satisfied, she retreated, allowing space for the rest of the pack to eat from the elk.

    Pierce shook himself and trotted over to the others and the elk. He sniffed it, then after muttering a silent thanks to Lunar he grabbed a piece of leg and tugged. After gnawing it to a collection of bones, he took the largest one, a femur, and trotted up to Sunleaf and presented it to her, wagging his tail. After placing it in front of her, he said, "For you," before trotting away with a silly grin on his face, wondering how she'd react.

    Lilac rolled her eyes at the cheekiness of Pierce. She was young herself, but to her, responsibility over the pack was more important than love.
