Tryphon noted Fox and Russia, finding it kind of stupid to piss off a career like that. He shook his head, still keeping that odd smile. Deciding to be rude like always and have some fun, he called in their direction, "Now, now, no need to rude little hags at this time period."

"Psssh." Cora found the situation going on at the moment slightly amusing, but she tried to concentrate on designing her skin to look like a tree.

I look over and see someone who looks awkward. He just does. I glare at him and stalk off.

OOC: Tired...going to sleep...go ahead adn continue....Zzzzzz

OOC: Later taters.
IC:
When Cora's finished, she holds her arm up and examines it, then presses it up against the trunk of an exact replica of a pine tree. You can't even tell it's a human arm. Satisfied, she washes the paint off and wander around, looking for another station that fits her skill. -

I decide to throw more spears. It is my best skill after all.
-
After a few minutes of debating, Cora decided to try out the knife-throwing station. She picked up one of the smaller weapons and aimed at the dummy's eye. She chucked it and it dug itself right under the eye. Would someone still get killed if that happened? she wondered, going over and yanking the knife out of the dummy.
-

I watch Cora fling the knife. Weak. I walk over and stand next to her. I take the largest knife and throw it directly where the eye would be. I look at her. "Like that, honey." I say.
-
Cora looks at the knife in her hand. She scoots her left foot back a little and throws the knife with all her might. It enters deep in the chest of the dummy, where the heart would lay. She turns and looks at Russia, an innocent smile on her face. "Thanks for the tip," she says.

A fast learner. I look at her. "Hey kid, how'd ya like to stick with the careers?" I ask.
-
Cora shrugged. "Sure. You seem like a pretty nice person." It was a lie, but she didn't want Russia to think she thought she was a pampered jabberjay or anything. She didn't mention the earlier argument between Fox and Russia earlier, either.
-

"Don't lie to yourself." I snap. "Now if you're going to stick with us, you got to beef up. Work on your strength and I'll slip you my meat at meals." I say, throwing another knife at where the heart would be.
-
Cora nods and mentally sticks her tongue out at her, then goes over to the fencing station. She picks up a sword and duels with the trainer. He lunges at her and she dodges to the side, then sneaks up behind him and places the sword to his neck. He spins around and she slides under him, raking the sword down his stomach, then kicks him in the back, causing him to fall to the ground. He gets up and smiles at her. "Nice," he praised. "Make sure your opponent doesn't know what you're about to do. Trick them. That's the key to battle. If you do that, you'll most certainly win."

She has hatred in her eyes. I can't trust her. I'll have to call this off. Or back stab her. Whichever is easiest.
-
Cora doesn't look at Russia, but she narrows her chocolate brown eyes. I don't like her, and it doesn't seem like I can trust her. I'll wait until she trusts me, then I'll kill her off. As much as I hate killing people, I will. I don't like her at all.

I watch her as she fences. I ought to slaughter her in the bloodbath. It will be easiest that way.
-
OOC: Hey Rage, I have a dramatic plot in mind for Russia and Cora... if you're willing to hear it.
IC:
Cora goes to the bow and arrow station again. She pulls back the string and the arrow directly hits the center of the bull's eye. I guess I'm best with a bow, she thinks. -
OOC: Sure! I love drama! And squishing spiders!

I watch her with the bow. I have to make sure that she doesn't get it when we are in the games. I observe everyone's weaknesses and strengths. I watch as some avoid certain combat stations. One boy has looked temptingly at the fencing station, but just keeps tying knots like a mental case. He needs to be kept from swords.
-
OOC: Okay... maybe, during the blood bath, someone {it could be one of my tributes, Derek from District 5, perhaps? >:D} tries to kill Russia and it about to get away with it, when Cora jumps in and saves her life, or something. You can fill in the rest from there :3
It's just a suggestion, though - we don't have to do it. xDStill frustrated with Russia, Cora starts shooting like a maniac. She manages to get an arrow directly in the center of the bull's eye several times. Going crazy with a weapon is how she likes to blow off steam...
