this idea is based off of the prince and the pauper, and also based off of a fiction story i read online called "glass." don't judge, because the idea is still a diamond in the rough and i only just got this idea. alright, let's get on with it.
so, the idea is pretty simple if the you know the plot of the prince and the pauper. there are two she-cats, who know absolutely nothing about each other and live in completely different worlds, but they look so similar it would be hard to tell them apart standing right next to each other. the first she-cat, we will call her princess, is royalty. everyone looks up to her and everyone is just her friend so that they can get in on the luxuries that is her life for free. then there is the other she-cat, we will call her pauper, and she's the complete opposite. at the bottom of the social ladder, pauper's life is anything but luxury. she has to work to stay alive. you'd expect that neither of them would meet. but fate said they would, and so it was decreed that one day, the two would most certainly come face to face.
pauper is in the forest, hunting for her food, when she comes upon princess, who is taking a walk. the two are in a trance. they can't believe their eyes; it's like looking into a mirror. soon, they get talking and then they realize how different their lives are. princess has always wanted to see what it's like to live a real life, a life that you earn, rather than it being handed on a silver platter. pauper has always dreamed of being royalty, always dreamed of being in the lap of luxury. that's when they get the idea to switch places and live each other's lives for a little bit. nothing could go wrong, right?
that's really all i have so far. i'd need someone to be the princess, because then i can base the appearance for the pauper. so... any takers?
