    Sparrowfeather padded up to Spottedmoon. "How's Dawnflower?" he whispered.

    Sparrowfeather jumped back, surprised. He didn't realize that she'd heard him! "Well, good." he mewed. "I don't think the kits will come, and even if they do, Spottedmoon will take care of you." He looked at Spottedmoon. "Where's Starpaw, by the way?" he mewed. Spottedmoon sighed. "She's asleep in the apprentice's den. She got off to a wrong start with Sweetbriar."

    "I know what's wrong with Starpaw... She is just one of those cats who dosn't like to be critisized. Mabey Sweetbrier said something that Starpaw really didn't like, and the apprentice got upset. That's all." Onixtail mewed, passing the other warriors as she was padding into the warrior's den.

    Spottedmoon smiled. "Make sure Dawnflower's okay." she called over her shoulder. Sparrowfeather nodded. Spottedmoon followed Onixtail.

    Onixtail sholdered her way into the apprentice's den and sat by the entrence. Starpaw had herd them come in and jerked awake. "Do you guys need me?" she asked.

    Stare claw (wait whose deputy and leader) left the nursery and padded to the entrance of camp"I'm going huntin" she said to the naresh cat.

    Spottedmoon looked at Starpaw. "I'm sorry about earlier, but I promise that we'll go hunting tomorrow. I'll even show you the territory." she mewed. She really wanted to make Starpaw happy. She hated to see her in here, hiding from everyone.

    "Im not hideing!" Starpaw said, the fur on her spine bristaling slightly. "Im perfectly fine. I don't know why all of you guys are saying that im upset or something! You guys know I can hear you guys from outside." she mewed, wrapping her fluffy tail around herself from the cold.

    Spottedmoon took a step forward. "Okay, fine, Starpaw, have it your way. I just wanted to see if you were doing okay. It's not your fault that I have to look after Dawnflower, and it's not mine either. But hopefully, we'll have a nice day to hunt tomorrow, okay?" she gave Starpaw a small smile and backed out of the den. But as she hurried back to Dawnflower, she let out a frustrated sigh. If only her first day as a mentor could go as planned! She wanted them to be friends, not snap at each other all the time!

    (her eyes remember this are really good at ujustusting to the dark. She is called STAREclaw for a reason)

    Stareclaw padded over to an oak like tree and. Sat down to wait.She soon picked up squirrel and killed it quickly she got two more mice before she went back to camp and decided to go get some rest because it was getting late.

    Starpaw got up and burried her face into Onixtail's chest fur. Onixtail recoiled, but sat there. "What's wro-?" Starpaaw's icy blue eyes snaped up at her. "You wnat to know what's wrong? What's wrong with me is that you guys keep thinking that something's wrong! I hate when cats make falce asumptions. That's what's wrong. Spottedmoon thinks that im upset because we didn't get to go hunting today, but im not. Im upset because she thinks that im upset." Onixtail nodded.


    "I know." she replyed, the deputy looking down at the black and dark blue apprentice. "Why don't you just go tell her?" she asked. Starpaw sighed. "Because she dosn't understand..!!"

    Stareclaw dreamed that starpaw told onoxtail that the reason shewas up set was because cats think she's upset.(hehehe)
