Skye bit her lip when she heard her name being called. She bent down to scratch her mare's ears before riding out into the arena to start. The first jump aproached, and they landed it perfectly. Lady picked up her pace so Skye had to slow her down a bit before going over another jump.

(Also the horse rider Karen O'Connel i think her name was is from MA, so is the only american female to win gold in Judo, AND the only American guy to get gold in Judo trained in MA!! GOD I LOVE MY STATE!)

Skye aimed Lady A over the next jump and barely made it over. The mare's hoof touched the rail but it didn't knock down. Skye breathed a sigh of relief as they finished the course perfectly in record time!
Skye trotted her mare to the gate. Her score showed on the screeen :1st place.
She watched another rider get third and another get 6th.
