Jason said when his parents went to go talk to some friends "There's the legend of a ghost called the Murderous Magician. It was rumored that he can't stop hurting the people who come around him or his house and he uses magic spells to kill his victims. He died because of a magic spell mishap. I think I can deal with this guy. He's the kind of ghost I deal with".
