    Carter and Jacob exchanged a glance and walked to class


    Taylor sat in a random desk

    Nic sat in his room, reading a book. the wonders of the quadratic equation. books were the only friends he had. he had been raised in an orphanage with a horrible foster mother and no other foster siblings. he was forced to work hard, and he had become seperated from the world by the time he was finally sent to Rosewood.

    Tara stood up and wandered around the campus. She got knocked down by some rude girl and all of her journals and books went falling to the ground with a loud thud.

    Nic read another book. he had read all the books in the library twice already, and was reading some books he bought with money from work. (at the library)

    Tara sighed and sat on the ground looking at her scattered books and journals.

    Nic sat reading a thousand page book now. he looked at his watch. "12:00. time for lunch." he bookmarked his page and held it with an iron grip. random facts came to him easily. "Iron is Fe on the periodic table because it, along with gold and silver, have their latin name used."

    Tara picked her things up and silently walked to the cafeteria. She sat in a corner, silently.

    Nic sat in the other corner, and didn't even touch his food, just reading. kids walked by, and whispered about him when they walked by. "look at him, just reading. doesn't he have anything better to do?" "yes, read more books, like a nerd would." the last kid shouted, but Nic was so involved in his book he didn't hear. one of the kids, a bully, gave him a wet willie, which made him jump into the air, at least ten feet. "hey." he started to scold, ut thoguht better of it.

    Tara stood up, walked over to the bully and the bully ran off as soon as he saw Tara.

    Tara slammed her fist into the table and took the book away from Nic.

    Tara knocked it out of his hands and quickly tied his hands behind his back with her tie.

    Nic instantly got scared. hand tying, book pulling/knocking, almost knocking my glasses off, she must want to hurt me! were his thoughts. he refused to look her in the eye.his reason: in case she was a gorgon.

    Justin walked into the cafateria and wandered over to Tara. "Uh, Tara, what are you doing?"



    Kate walked in, shaking, the cafateria was the worst place in the world, it was loud and full of people. She looked around for Liam.

    Liam walked up behind Kate. "Hola." He said, smiling.


    "Nothing.." Tara said smiling at Justin then looked at Nic. "Usually when someone gets a bully to leave you alone.. You say thank you!! Not IGNORE them." She said, laughing.
