    I just wrote this: We all take advantage of life. We never think about what could happen when we leave home. We never think that this could be out last day. We always worry about the smallest things. This happened to the 20 families that lost their children in the Connecticut shooting on December 14th. They hugged their children goodbye and watched as they walked on the bus, not knowing that this would be the last time they'd see them breathing or smiling again. These 20 families will have to live on without the one thing they love most. They will have to live through Christmas without the joy of seeing their child open their first present or trying to stay up to see Santa. They will never listen for reindeer on the roof or jump into the bed to wake their parents up. These families will need to look at the already wrapped presents hidden away for Christmas. They will never be able to give their child what they wanted all year long. We always think that nothing bad is going to happen, but this is exactly what these families thought. But now, nothing will be the same for them.
